STANDARD REQUIREMENTS

1.1 EVENT TITLE, DATE & VENUE 1.1.1 The Event will be known as the “ ” (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”), which will also comprise of race 31 of the 2020 International Virgin Australia Supercars Championship (“the VCS”), and be held at Mount Panorama, Bathurst, NSW on 13th – 18th October 2020.

1.2 ORGANISATION & STATUS 1.2.1 The Event will be held under the FIA International Sporting Code including Appendices, the Supercars Operations Manual (“the Rules”), any applicable National Competition Rules of Australia which are not in conflict with the Rules, the Supplementary Regulations, any Further Supplementary Regulations or instructions and any Bulletins issued. 1.2.2 Event Status: Restricted International.

1.5 CIRCUIT DETAILS 1.5.1 Track Length: 6.213 kilometres 1.5.2 Direction: Anti - Clockwise 1.5.3 Track Density: Supercars – 34 1.5.4 Notice Board: Located on the ground floor of Tower 3, facing the Supercars Paddock. 1.5.5 Stewards Office: Located on the 2nd floor of Tower 3. 1.5.6 DRD Office: Located on the 2nd floor of Tower 3. 1.5.7 Control Line: Is located at the Finish Line and across the Pit Entry.

ADMINISTRATION

2.1 TEAM COMMUNICATION WITH OFFICIALS 2.1.1 For this Event, Team personnel are not permitted to conduct business outside their garage. For avoidance of doubt, unless specifically given instruction to do so; Team personnel will not be permitted access (including but not limited to) the Supercars Operations Truck, the Stewards Office, the DSA Office, RD Office, DRD Office, Race Control and Event Operations Office.

2.2 ENTRIES 2.2.1 Competitors must have completed the 2020 Supercars Entry Registration Form. 2.2.2 Administration checking will commence at 1000hrs (AEDT) on Wednesday 14th October 2020. 2.2.2.1 All Wildcard Drivers and additional Drivers are required to present their licensing in accordance with Rule A5.1 including a valid Car Club Membership to the Supercars Operations Truck by 1400hrs (AEDT) on Wednesday 14th October.

2.2.2.2 All Wildcard Drivers and additional Drivers are required to sign the 2020 Supercars Entry Registration Form by 1400hrs (AEDT) on Wednesday 14th October. 2.2.3 Any Competitors that need to change or add any details contained in their 2020 Entry Registration Form must do so at the Supercars Operations Transporter prior to the commencement of the Competitor’s Authorised Representatives & Driver’s Briefing as detailed in the Event schedule. 2.2.4 No change of Drivers will be accepted later than 1700hrs (AEDT) on Wednesday 14th October 2020 unless exceptional circumstances, as determined by the Stewards, warrant a change after that time. 2.3 SCHEDULE A1. 2.5 STEWARDS 2.5.1 For this Event, update Rule A9.2.1 in relation to the location and availability of Stewards: A9.2.1 At each Event there will be three (3) Stewards who will be selected from a panel appointed annually by Motorsport Australia in consultation with Supercars. A9.2.1.1 In exceptional circumstances, should any Steward not be present at the Event, they must be available and contactable for the duration of the event to fulfil their duties.

OPERATIONS

3.1 VCS GARAGES AND VISION REQUIREMENTS 3.1.1 For this Event update Rule E2.1.2 Garages with the following new Rule: E2.1.2.4 For this Event, Teams will be permitted to make audio-visual and/or visual recordings whilst inside of their pit garages (using their promotional walling as the backdrop). Promotional walling is restricted to both sides of the Teams garage (no rear walling or storage rooms are permitted). a) At all times, Teams must adhere to social distancing protocols. Note: The above is subject to change at any time.

3.2 TEAM CATERING 3.2.1 Regarding Rule E2.3.2 Team Catering, there is no designated Teams Catering at this Event.

3.3 TRANSPORTER ACCESS TO THE PADDOCK 3.3.1 The set-up of the Supercars paddock will be at the discretion of Supercars Paddock Manager or their delegate. 3.3.2 Transporters (including prime movers) must only be parked in the Supercars Paddock. 3.3.3 Transporters must be parked up between the hours of 0800hrs and 1000hrs (AEDT) on Tuesday 13th October 2020. 3.3.4 Unless otherwise approved by the Paddock Manager or their delegate, Transporters must not be unloaded prior to 1000hrs (AEDT) on Tuesday 13th October 2020. 3.3.5 Teams are not permitted to set up any equipment in their Pit Garage prior to the designated time to unload Transporters. 3.3.6 Non-accredited vehicles are not permitted to enter the Supercars paddock from 0800hrs (AEDT) on Tuesday 13th October 2020, for the duration of the Event.

3.4 MOTORHOME ACCREDITATION 3.4.1 At this Event and upon written application to Motorsport Operations - Motorhomes will be permitted to be parked in the Supercars paddock but must not exceed 26m in length and must fit on the right-hand side of the Teams transporter. 3.4.2 Approved and accredited Team motorhomes are not permitted to enter the paddock until after 1400hrs (AEDT) on Tuesday 13th October 2020. 3.4.2.1 Motorhomes that arrive at the Circuit prior to the time listed above, will be permitted to park in the infield (at the rear of the Support Category paddock). 3.4.3 MOTORHOME ACCESS: via Mountain Straight Gate. Map to be provided by the Supercars Paddock Manager under separate cover. 3.4.4 All passengers and/or visitors of the motorhome must have approved accreditation from Thursday 15th October 2020.

3.5 ACCREDITATION & TEAM PARKING 3.5.1 In addition to Supercars Series hard card accreditation, all Team personnel (including non- performance personnel, Driver and Team Owner guests and REC Owners) will be required to complete the online safety induction using the VenueSAFE Web App as a condition of entry to the venue. Admission to the event will be denied to any person who has not completed the induction. 3.5.1.1 All Personnel detailed in 3.5.1 will receive an SMS message with instructions on how to complete the VenueSAFE Web App and Daily Health Check. Personnel who do not receive the SMS message are to contact [email protected] and confirm the individual's mobile number. NOTE: Unless there is a health alert, you will not receive a daily SMS reminder to complete your daily health check. 3.5.1.2 Team Performance Personnel (including additional Drivers) who do not hold Series accreditation will be issued Series accreditation for this Event. These passes will be available for collection from the Accreditation Centre. NOTE: All new Team Personnel will be required to sign the 2020 VASC accreditation waiver and supply a photo for their accreditation no later than 0900hrs (AEDT) Monday 5th October. 3.5.1.3 All guests will be issued an EVENT ONLY Guest Pass for access. NOTE: The Purple 2020 Series Guest Pass is not valid for this event. 3.5.2 Each 2- Car Team will receive the following: 3.5.2.1 Four (4) VASC paddock parking passes to park in front of their Team Transporter (prime mover end) area. 3.5.2.2 Four (4) ‘internal’ Car Park passes to park in the infield (at the rear of the Support Category paddock). This area will be signposted ‘Teams parking’. a) All Team car parking is only accessible through the tunnel via Ray Bant Drive. b) All occupants of the vehicle will be checked for accreditation and have their VenueSAFE verified prior to accessing the tunnel. 3.6 VASC PADDOCK ACCESS 3.6.1 Access to the VASC Paddock will be restricted to Main Game teams (as per the approved D24. Notification of Endurance Performance Personnel Form (F.13)) and approved staff, broadcasters, media and contractors. 3.6.2 To access the VASC paddock, each person must display a bespoke sticker which will be required to be attached to the individual’s lanyard at chest height. These stickers will be issued in the week of the event by the Supercars Accreditation Manager. Further details will be provided to Teams in due course. NO sticker NO entry 3.7 ACCREDITATION CENTRE OPENING HOURS 3.7.1 The Accreditation centre is located inside The Chase, opposite Rydges Hotel, off Ray Bant Drive. 3.7.2 The Accreditation Centre will be open at the following times (AEDT): 3.7.2.1 Monday 12th – Wednesday 14th October 0700 – Midday 3.7.2.2 Thursday 15th October 0630 – 1300 3.7.2.3 Friday 16th October 0700 – 1300 3.7.2.4 Saturday 17th - Sunday 18th October 0700 – 1000 3.7.3 Outside the above hours, all enquiries should be directed to the Supercars Accreditation Manager. 3.7.3.1 Rae Harvey - 0468 341 689

3.7.4 During the Event, all tickets/ passes that require collecting by public/ Team guests must be left at the Ticketek Box Office located at Gate 4. This will be open approx. 30min ahead of gates opening on Thursday – Sunday.

3.8 RACE TRACK WALK 3.8.1 Teams are permitted to undertake their Race Track walk on Wednesday 14th October 2020 between 1200hrs and 1700hrs (AEDT). 3.8.2 For this Event, update Rule E3.1.3 with the following: E3.1.3 Any Team personnel who are participating in a Race Track walk must be wearing a high visibility vest or high visibility shirt. E3.1.3.1 Unless approved by the RD, no use of motorised vehicle (electric, petrol, diesel) is permitted from 0800hrs, Wednesday 14th October to 1159hrs (AEDT), Sunday 18th October.

3.9 TEAM ACCESS TO CIRCUIT DURING EVENT 3.9.1 All Series Accreditation, including Event Only accreditation and car passes must use the Team entrance, which is accessed through the tunnel, via The Chase, opposite Rydges Hotel off Ray Bant Drive. This is to ensure we keep our teams protected from unaccredited persons to comply with our COVID-Safe Plan.

3.10 DEMOBILISATION AFTER THE EVENT 3.10.1 Unless otherwise advised by the Supercars Paddock Manager or their delegate, no Team transporter will be permitted to move from its allocated position or leave the Supercars paddock prior to two (2) hours after the completion of Race 31 on Sunday 18th October 2020 (AEDT). 3.10.2 Details of the Supercars Paddock demobilisation and Transporter departure after the Event, will be in accordance with the instructions issued to Teams under separate cover by the Supercars Paddock Manager.

3.11 GOLF BUGGIES 3.11.1 For this Event, golf buggies are not permitted.

SPECIFIC CIRCUIT/ EVENT SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

4.1 COVID-19 RESPONSE 4.1.1 All team members and staff will adhere to the COVID-19 guidelines implemented and social distancing requirements for this event. 4.1.2 Under no circumstances should anyone with symptoms consistent with COVID-19 attend their place of work, travel interstate or attend the event. 4.1.3 Under no circumstances should anyone attend an event if they have been: 4.1.3.1 overseas in the previous 14 days, 4.1.3.2 in contact with someone who has been overseas in the previous 14 days, 4.1.3.3 in contact with a known COVID-19 positive case in the previous 14 days. 4.1.3.4 residing in a declared hotspot. (Each State has their own legislation regarding declared hotspots and border restrictions).

4.1.4 In accordance with Rule E3.1.2, Teams are required to update their Workplace Health and Safety Policy and Procedures Manual with specific inclusion of COVID-19 management procedures and a response plan outlining how the Team will respond to a Team member developing symptoms of COVID-19 at both their Team workshop and at the Event. All updates to Team WHS Manual including COVID-19 Response Plan throughout the course of the 2020 Season must be submitted to Motorsport Operations. 4.1.5 In accordance with new Rule D24.4 detailed in Supplementary Regulation 5.19 all Teams are required to submit the Notification of Endurance Performance Personnel Form (F.13). listing all Team Personnel attending the Event. NOTE: An updated version of the Notification of Performance Personnel Form (F.13). will be attached to these Supplementary Regulations as appendix 1. 4.1.5.1 Each Team is to appoint a COVID-19 Compliance Officer to manage their Teams compliance with COVID-19 regulations and health requirements. This person should be nominated on the Notification of Performance Personnel Form. 4.1.6 Teams must remain within the confines of their Team garage and Team transporter. COVID-19 Workplace restrictions apply (1 person per 4sqm). At no point are Team members permitted to enter other Team garages. 4.1.6.1 Team cafe barriers must be erected directing Team personnel from their pit garages to their B-double transporters and other equipment stored in the paddock area, clearly segregating their team from other teams’ personnel. 4.1.6.2 No group gatherings will be permitted anywhere within the circuit precinct with exception to Supplementary Regulation 5.5, where social /physical distancing protocols must be observed. 4.1.7 There will be a requirement for any person who resides in certain areas of NSW (and/or visited a location of possible contact) in the lead up to the Event to undertake asymptomatic COVID- 19 testing. Further information will be sent to all Teams under separate cover. 4.1.8 Teams are not required to wear face masks however this is subject to change to align with State and/or Territory Government recommendations. 4.1.9 Race Fuel will be delivered directly to the Teams’ garages. 4.1.10 Each Team will be required to deliver their tyre trolley to the back of the Dunlop tyre garage and the team member returns to their garage. Dunlop will send a text message to the team when their tyres are ready to be collected. 4.1.10.1 Entry into the Dunlop garage is not permitted. 4.1.11 It is highly recommended that all personnel download the Australian Government COVIDSafe App. 4.2 MEDICAL SERVICES 4.2.1 The Medical Centre is located at Pit Entry and will be operational during the following times: (AEDT): 4.2.1.1 Wednesday 14th October 0800 – 1800 4.2.1.2 Thursday 15th October 0730 – 1830 4.2.1.3 Friday 16th October 0730 – 1800 4.2.1.4 Saturday 17th October 0800 – 1900 4.2.1.5 Sunday 18th October 0730 – 1900 4.2.2 Any medical assistance that is required outside of the operating hours outlined in 4.2.1, please contact 000. 4.7 TRUCK WASHING 4.7.1 Transporters must not be washed in the paddock.

4.8 DELIVERIES AND ACCESS BY NON-ENDORSED EVENT SUPPLIERS 4.8.1 It is the Team’s responsibility to ensure any service providers/contractors they engage who are not an endorsed supplier, have the correct accreditation and access to the VenueSAFE system(including any applicable site safety induction is completed). 4.9 WASTE PRODUCTS 4.9.1 All personnel must be made aware of the fact the NO waste of any nature may be tipped into the storm water drains located with the support compound. 4.9.2 All storm water drains lead directly to the Macquarie River and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will be monitoring the situation in the lead up and throughout the Event. 4.9.3 This ban includes the washing of any wheel rims within the vicinity of storm water drains. 4.9.4 Competitors are advised that the EPA is taking an extremely proactive approach to this matter and Teams are put on notice that any infringement of this directive will result in action being taken by either the Promoter or the EPA or both. The EPA has the ability to prosecute offenders with heavy penalties. 4.9.5 The Promoter has provided an area for disposal of waste oil and/or fluid products that are located near the Circuit fuel bund. This is not for the disposal of used Car parts (i.e. oil filters etc.). 4.10 HEALTH AND SAFETY 4.10.1 In line with the New South Wales Health and Safety Policy, the Supercars paddock will be a smoke-free zone for the duration of the Event.

SPORTING

5.1 ACCESS TO VCS PADDOCK 5.1.1 For this Event, access to the VCS Paddock is strictly restricted to Team Personnel (and approved Supercars staff and contractors) as nominated on the Notification of Endurance Performance Personnel Form (F.13). Refer to Supplementary Regulation 3.6.

5.2 CORPORATE FACILITY ACCESS 5.2.1 For this Event (including pre-event), it is not permitted for any member of a Team to access the Corporate suites at any time. 5.2.1.1 It is not permitted to use the toilets that are located on the mezzanine level (located between level one and the ground of the pit building). Teams are only permitted to use the toilets located on the ground floor.

5.3 TYRE FITTING, ALLOCATION AND USAGE 5.3.1 Control tyre fitting will commence from 0900hrs (AEDT) on Wednesday 14th October 2020 in the Dunlop facility located in the Supercars Paddock. 5.3.2 The Dunlop tyre fitting hours of operation are as follows (AEDT): 5.3.2.1 Wednesday 14th October 0900 – 1700 5.3.2.2 Thursday 15th October 0700 – 1830 5.3.2.3 Friday 16th October 0700 – 1830 5.3.2.4 Saturday 17th October 0700 – 1900 5.3.2.5 Sunday 18th October 0700 – end of VCS race 31

5.4 EVENT OPERATING HOURS 5.4.1 The Event operating hours (AEDT), for the purpose of Rule E2 are as follows: 5.4.1.1 Thursday 15th October 0700 – 1700 5.4.1.2 Friday 16th October 0700 – 1645 5.4.1.3 Saturday 17th October 0730 – 1750 5.4.1.4 Sunday 18th October 0700 – end of race 31 5.4.2 For the duration of all support category Sessions, VCS Team garage doors must be closed.

5.5 BRIEFINGS 5.5.1 A briefing for all Competitor’s Authorised Representatives will be held at 1700hrs (AEDT) on Wednesday 14th October in the large Grey Shed, immediately to the rear of Gate 2. 5.5.1.1 Social /physical distancing protocols must be observed. 5.5.2 A Refuelling Safety Briefing will be held following the Competitors Authorised Representatives Briefing on Wednesday 14th October in the large Grey Shed, immediately to the rear of Gate 2. 5.5.2.1 Attendance for the following Team personnel is compulsory for each Car: a) The refuelling hose operator; b) The deadman handle operator; and d) The Authorised Representative (per 2- Car Team). 5.5.2.2 An attendance sheet must be signed by each Team member detailed in 5.5.2.1 above. 5.5.2.3 Any Team member detailed in 5.5.2.1 who does not attend at the prescribed time and for the duration of the Briefing will: a) Be referred to the Stewards; and b) Be required to attend a briefing at a time and place advised by the Stewards. 5.5.2.4 Social /physical distancing protocols must be observed. (A maximum of ninety (90) people are permitted inside the briefing area.)

5.5.3 A briefing for all Competitor’s Authorised Representatives & Driver’s will be held at 1015hrs (AEDT) on Friday 16th October in the large Grey Shed, immediately to the rear of Gate 2. 5.5.3.1 Only one (1) Authorised Representative per 2 Car Team, Primary Driver and additional Driver is permitted to attend. 5.5.3.2 Social /physical distancing protocols must be observed. (A maximum of ninety (90) people are permitted inside the briefing area.)

5.6 DRIVER CONDITIONS POLICY In accordance with Rule D3.4.4, the nearest Town or City to the Circuit, as listed by the Bureau of Meteorology is Bathurst: http://www.bom.gov.au./places/nsw/bathurst/

5.7 PRACTICE 5.7.1 All Drivers are permitted to drive in practice 1, 3, 5 and 7. 5.7.2 Only additional Drivers are permitted to drive in practice 2, 4 and 6. 5.7.3 The Stewards may, in their absolute discretion, order that a Driver who has not completed a suitable number of laps in practice 1, 3 or 5 combined, be required to drive the Car in another Session or Sessions. This decision of the Stewards is not susceptible to appeal. 5.7.4 The use of Refuelling Towers is permitted during practice 3 and 7. 5.7.4.1 Use of Refuelling Towers is not permitted at the end of the Session; 5.7.4.2 During practice 3 and 7, Cars are required to parallel park in their Pit Bay. 5.7.4.3 Attire in accordance with D23.4.5 is required; and 5.7.4.4 At the conclusion of the practice Session, Cars in Pit Lane are required to parallel park in their pit bay.

5.8 WARM-UP 5.8.1 The use of Refuelling Towers is permitted during the warm-up Session on Sunday 18th October 2020. 5.8.1.1 Use of Refuelling Towers is not permitted at the end of the Session; 5.8.1.2 Cars are required to parallel park in their pit bay during refuelling; 5.8.1.3 Attire in accordance with D23.4.5 is required; and 5.8.1.4 At the conclusion of the warm-up Session, Cars in Pit Lane are required to parallel park in their pit bay.

5.9 SPECIFIC PRESCRIPTIONS - START PROCEDURE 5.9.1 For race 31 at this Event, update the following Rules: D8.3.1, D8.3.1.1: D8.3.1 Thirty Fifty Minutes: D8.3.1.1 When 30 50 minutes remain before the formation lap, a warning will be sounded. 5.9.2 For race 31 at this Event, the following additional Rule D8.3.1.2.3 will apply: D8.3.1.2.3 All Cars are required to have the electrical system powered on when they are on the pit apron at the 50min signal, with the telemetry modem active. a) The telemetry modem is required to be active for the entire 50min Start Procedure.

5.10 PIT STOPS – DRIVER CHANGE 5.10.1 When stopping to change Drivers and when the Car is in the Pit Lane (40km/h section), the Driver may only loosen the shoulder straps provided they remain substantially in place over the shoulders.

5.11 PIT STOPS 5.11.1 For race 31 the following additional CPS requirements must be complied with: 5.11.1.1 Each Car must complete the CPS requirements as per Schedule A2. Format of VCS Events. 5.11.1.2 During the CPS, the Control Tyres removed from the Car cannot be refitted to the Car during that CPS. 5.11.1.3 The Penalty for failure to complete a CPS will be a Time Penalty added to that Car’s race time.

5.12 STARTS, TIMING, DRIVERS 5.12.1 For this Event, update Rule D8.1.3 as per below: D8.1.3 For the entire period of time that a Car is on the grid it is not permitted to: D8.1.3.3 Adjust tyre pressures of the tyres that are fitted to the car. a) Physically connect a pressure gauge to a wheel/ tyre.

5.13 PIT BAY MARKING 5.13.1 For this Event, and in accordance with Rule D11.5.8.2, a Teams Pit Bay is required to be located in the following position: 5.13.1.1 The inside edge of the race tape, marking the right-hand side of the pit box, is not permitted to be greater than 4.6m from the edge of the Pit Building upright. 5.13.1.2 The inside edge of the race tape, marking the front line of the pit box, is to be located 2.7m forward, of the centre of the Pit Building column, where the Teams pit boom is located.

5.14 PERSONNEL 5.14.1 For this Event, update Rule D11.2.1 with the following: D11.2.1 Each Car may be attended by a maximum of eight (8) people (the “Designated Pit Crew”) as follows, who are permitted across the Prescribed Line when carrying out any Pit Stop in any race: 11.2.1.1 One (1) Car Controller 11.2.1.2 One (1) Air Jack Operator 11.2.1.3 One (1) Refueler/Vent Attendant 11.2.1.4 One (1) Fire Attendant 11.2.1.5 Five (5) Other Team members 5.14.2 For this Event delete Rule D11.2.6. 5.14.3 For this Event, update Rule D11.2.8 with the following: D11.2.8 Four (4) Five (5) Other Team Persons D11.2.8.1 Will be responsible for the service of the Car under the direction of the Car Controller. 5.14.4 For this Event, update Rule D11.2.10.1 with the following: D11.2.10.1 A Driver nominated with the Car may assist the exiting Driver to leave the Car and the incoming Driver to enter and be properly seated in the Car.

5.15 PARC FERMÉ- PERMITTED ACTIVITIES VCS 5.15.1 For this Event, update Rule D13.5.1.9 with the following: D13.5.1.9 Within 20 minutes of the Session being complete, data/image file from the fastest lap and the last outing from the Session must be uploaded to a network location specified by the MOM. a) For any VCS race, all data/image file from the Session must be supplied; b) For the final VCS race of the Event, data/image file must be supplied to the Supercars Motorsport Department on the provided USB storage device within 20 minutes of the Cars being released from Parc Fermé. c) Access to Cars will not be permitted prior to the conclusion of Parc Fermé.

5.16 GENERAL PRESCRIPTIONS – FITMENT 5.16.1 At this Event, update Rule D17.3.2.1 as per below: D17.3.2.1 It is not permitted to turn, rotate or remove a Control Tyre from a wheel and/or refit a Control Tyre to a wheel for the duration of the Event. 5.17 SPECIFIC PRESCRIPTIONS – VCS TYRE ALLOCATION, USAGE, ORDER AND PAYMENT 5.17.1 At this Event, delete Rule D17.7.8. Rookie Driver Control Tyres are not permitted to be used. 5.18 FRONT BRAKE ROTOR RESTRICTIONS 5.18.1 For this Event, delete Rule D20.1.1 and replace with the following: D20.1.1 Each team (per REC) at this Event, will be allocated three (3) new sets of CP6281 front brake rotors and pads, for use only from qualifying to the conclusion of race 31. (subject to requiring additional rotors due to damage, as approved by the HOM). D20.1.1.1 During practice Sessions 1 – 5, Teams will be permitted to use up to two (2) sets of either pre-marked CP6281 or CP8184 front brake rotors. a) For avoidance of doubt, the three (3) new sets of Event allocated CP6281 rotors cannot be used in practice Sessions 1 - 5. 5.18.2 In accordance with Supplementary Regulation 5.18, it will be mandatory for the front brake rotors on all Supercars competing in Race 31 to be changed at least once.

5.19 PERFORMANCE PERSONNEL LIMITS - BATHURST 1000 ENDURANCE 5.19.1 For this Event, the following new Rule D24.4 applies: D24.4 At the Bathurst 1000 Event: D24.4.1 Teams are permitted to have a maximum of twelve (12) Performance Personnel per two (2) Cars. D24.4.1.1 Up to six (6) engine builders will be permitted to attend each Event, subject to the approval of the HOM.

D24.4.2 Each two (2) Car Team must nominate one (1) Authorised Representative. D24.4.2.1 Where two (2) or more cars are grouped together, an acting Authorised Representative must be nominated for that Group. D24.4.3 For this Event, an updated version of the Notification of Endurance Performance Personnel Form (F.13). will be attached to these Supplementary Regulations as appendix 1.

5.20 NON -PERFORMANCE PERSONNEL – BATHURST 1000 5.20.1 All non-performance personnel are subject to approval by the HOM. 5.20.1.1 All Non-Performance Personnel will be required to comply with the VenueSAFE procedures and will be issued with an Event Only Guest Accreditation Pass with Paddock access. 5.20.2 For this Event, each two (2) Car Team is permitted to nominate up to four (4) non- performance personnel to attend. The non- performance personnel must be included on the Notification of Endurance Performance Personnel Form (F.13) as detailed in Supplementary Regulation 5.19.1 and their role must be described. 5.20.2.1 The above non-performance personnel must remain with the Team in their allocated garage and transporter area at all times. For example, a Team photographer roaming the Circuit is not permitted. 5.20.3 For this Event, the Driver and the additional Driver for each REC are permitted access for one (1) significant other, who will be authorised access to the VCS paddock and the front 50% of the Teams garage. 5.20.3.1 This person needs to be registered on the Notification of Endurance Performance Personnel Form (F.13) as detailed in Supplementary Regulation 5.19.1. 5.20.3.2 Children will be permitted in accordance with Supplementary Regulation 5.20.3, who are in attendance with the Driver’s significant other. The child’s name including DOB will be required to be registered on the Notification of Endurance Performance Personnel Form (F.13) for accreditation and VenueSAFE access. 5.20.4 For this Event, all REC owner/s intending on being present at this Event (who are not performance personnel) are to be registered on the Notification of Endurance Performance Personnel Form (F.13) as detailed in Supplementary Regulation 5.19.1.

5.21 CARS TO CARRY VIDEO RECORDERS 5.21.1 Further to Rule D20.3.14, SD cards must be cleared and reformatted prior to the 50-minute signal for race 31 on Sunday 18th October 2020, however, must not be cleared prior to 30 minutes after the completion of Sunday’s warm up, without the prior written permission of the HOM. 5.21.2 Each Team is required to ensure the SD card fitted to their Car is of sufficient size to record the entire race. It is suggested the camera settings should be set to record at a screen resolution of 720 and a frame rate of 60 FPS.

5.22 IN CAR WARNING SYSTEM 5.22.1 For this Event, the In-Car Warning System will be operational. 5.22.1.1 Safety Car, Red Flags and Blue Flags are regulatory.

5.23 VCS POINT SCORE SYSTEM 5.23.1 For this Event, update Mount Panorama Circuit (race 22) from Schedule D1. VCS Point Score System and replace with Mount Panorama Circuit (race 31) as per appendix 2, attached to these Supplementary Regulations. 5.24 MARKINGS ON CARS – VCS 5.24.1 For this Event, delete Rule E1.6.2.4 in its entirety. The MoTec LED Panels will not be available. 5.24.2 For this Event, delete Ref No: 1 in Schedule E.1 Markings on Cars VCS – LED Display Panel.

TECHNICAL

6.1 SCRUTINEERING 6.1.1 Scrutineering will commence at 0730hrs (AEDT) on Thursday 15th October 2020. 6.2 MINIMUM WEIGHT 6.2.1 In accordance with the requirements of Rule C4.1.1, Wildcard Drivers and all additional Drivers that have not competed in a race of the 2020 Virgin Australia Supercars Championship, will be required for weighing by Supercars Officials immediately following practice 1 on Thursday 15th October 2020, in the Supercars Scales Garage.
