Coach Applications: All coach applications were due to Brianna Beers by July 15, 2013 Interviews were conducted on July 31, August 6 & August 7. Coach selections will be announced the week of September 15, 2013.

Individual Sport Athlete Applications: Each of the 18 Areas have received their athlete slots. All sport applications are available through your Area Director. Applications need to be submitted to your local Area Director for approval and signature. If application is not signed by local Area Director, it will be considered invalid. All approved & signed golf applications need to be submitted to Carolyn Klocek by September 25, 2013.

Team Sport Athlete Applications: Athletes will have the opportunity to try out for the Volleyball Team and the Unified Soccer Team (Eligibility to try out for these 2 teams are listed below). Volleyball applications are available through your Area Director. Unified Soccer Applications are available through Jen Marcello. Athlete volleyball applications need to be submitted to your local Area Director for approval and signature no later than September 27, 2013. Athlete and partner unified soccer applications need to be submitted to Jen Marcello for approval and signature no later than September 27, 2013.

Athlete Eligibility: • Must have participated at the state tournament in the sport in which they are nominated: o 2012 State Bowling Tournament (bowling) o 2013 Summer Games (aquatics, athletics, bocce, powerlifting, gymnastics) o 2013 Outdoor Sports Festival (golf) o 2013 Fall Games (volleyball) o 2013 Unified Soccer Tournament • Clarification on Bocce Qualifications: o Athlete may play in either traditional or unified at Summer Games o Athlete can play singles, doubles or team • Clarification on Golf Qualifications: o To qualify for unified golf, athlete & partner need to play unified at 2013 OSF o To qualify for traditional golf, athlete must play traditional at 2013 OSF • Clarification Volleyball Qualifications: o Athlete can play unified or traditional team at 2013 Fall Games o Athletes cannot play modified or participate in individual skills • Clarification on Unified Soccer Qualifications: o Athletes and partners must be nominated together o Athletes and partners must come from a project unify school • Athletes must be at least 12 years of age. • Athletes cannot have competed in the: o 2009 o 2010 National Games o 2011 World Games o .
