Skockan savršenim melodijama i iskričavim izvođenjem, "Jubille Road" prepliće maštu i stvarne životne priče o vremenu koji je Odell proveo u East Endu sa tadašnjom devojkom. Namerno odabravši da ne kaže pravo ime ulice, da bi sačuvao privatnost nekadašnjih komšija, Tom je otvorio srce i dušu u stihovima koje oslikavaju trenutke radosti, ali i prave životne drame tog kraja Londona. Od istoimene prve pesme na albumu, Tom nas upoznaje sa živopisnom londonskom zajednicom, po kojoj se između ostalih muvaju razni probisveti,kockari i pijanice (opisani u Queen Of Diamond - inače ime lokalne kockarnice), ali koja ume da pokaže i svoje paradno lice, tokom prazničnih dana kako opisuje gorkoslatka Wedding Day. "Ovaj album sam napisao u ulici sa terasastim, rustičnim kućama u istočnom Londonu. Stihovi su inspirani životima prijatelja koje sam stekao živeći tamo.Većinu pesama snimio sam u dnevnoj sobi i ako pažljivo slušam još uvek mogu da čujem zvuk televizora koji dopire iz susednog stana komšije penzionera, dečake koji igraju fudbal prekoputa ulice, kao i zvuk potpetica moje devojke koja se penje drvenim stepenicama. Više ne živim tamo, život mi se promenio u nekom smislu, ali će mi taj kraj i ti ljudi ostati u najlepšoj uspomeni. Nadam se da će vam se svideti moj novi album i da ćete u njemu uživati kao ja dok sam ga komponovao", kaže Tom Odell. Sa samo 27 godina, Tom Odell je objavio album koji će možda definisati njegovu muzičku karijeru, iz razloga što je ovaj multitalentovani umetnik preuzeo čitavu kontrolu u svoje ruke. Odell ne samo da je komponovao, napisao i na klaviru tako vibrantno izveo svojih deset novih pesama, već ih je i sam isproducirao. Redosled pesama na albumu Jubilee Road: 1. Jubilee Road 2. Drugi singl sa albuma, "Half As Good As You" Tom Odell je uradio kao duet u dve verzije, sa pevačicama Alice Mertom i sa mladom britanskom pevačicom Rae Morris. Odellov debi album Long Way Down (2013),debitovao je na mestu #1 liste u Britaniji, prodao se u preko million primeraka, dobio je odlične ocene kritike a zahvaljujući tome, Tom Odell je nagrađen prestižnom Ivor Novello nagradom 2014 godine. a na njemu se našao i njegov do sada najpoznatiji hit, "Another Love". Do sada je prodao impresivnih 1.8 miliona nosača zvuka kao i 10 miliona singlova širom sveta. I recorded most the songs in the living room of the house and if I listen back closely, I can still hear the sound of the old man’s television shows coming through the walls from next door, the kids from the house opposite playing football in the street below and the sound of my girlfriend’s footsteps on the wooden floorboards above.

    ANDY BURROWS SELECTED CREDITS ´ AFTER LIFE (2018-2020) DAVID BRENT: LIFE ON THE ROAD (2016) THE SNOWMAN AND THE SNOWDOG (2012) BIOGRAPHY Widely known as the drummer from Razorlight from 2004 to 2009 and We Are Scientists from 2009 to 2014, Andy Burrows is a composer, songwriter, and musician whose screen credits range across feature films, television series and children’s animation. In addition to his work with Razorlight and We Are Scientists, Andy released his first solo album ‘The Colour of My Dreams’ in 2008. He released his first album entitled ‘Sun Comes Up Again’ under solo project I Am Arrows in 2010. His third solo album, ‘Company’, was released in 2012. Andy was the co-composer with Ilan Eshkeri for the Lupus Films animation ‘The Snowman and The Snowdog’, which premiered on Christmas Eve in 2012. The film earned the duo a nomination for ‘Best Original Television Music’ BAFTA Craft Award in April 2013. In 2016, Andy worked with Ricky Gervais to co-write and co-produce the original soundtrack for hit comedy ‘David Brent: Life on the Road’, produced by BBC Films for Entertainment One. Andy also features in the film as the drummer in Brent’s band, Forgone Conclusion. Andy continued his collaboration with Ricky Gervais in 2018 through to 2020, composing the original score for Netflix series one and two of ‘After Life’. Odell’s defined style combines songwriting that is occasionally revelatory with effusive piano playing. Granting he is considered a contemporary impresario by many, Odell’s album, at times, is lost to the capriciousness of overly slick piano and mediocre songwriting. Yet Jubilee Road bares an intimate and expressive vulnerability rendering Odell as a viable factor in contemporary pop music. Jubilee Road is less bluesy than previous endeavors. Instead, Odell dabbles with various genres including gospel. He employs distinguishable melismas especially apparent on “If You Wanna to Love Somebody”. Odell’s note-bending adds a trance-like harmony to his already embellished keyboarding. The track takes a decisive turn towards gospel as a chorus echoes and lifts Odell’s singing. This technique is revisited in “You’re Going to Break My Heart Tonight” when the backup vocals add a cadence of pain and haunting vulnerability. The inclusion of a single saxophone reiterates the sense of desolation. In interviews, Odell has positioned Elton John as the foremost musical authority, and his influence is evident throughout Jubilee Road.
