Terms & Conditions Accommodations: first class hotels with private bath, double occupancy. Special programs: are created exclusively for members of Bob & Ruth’s Gluten-Free Dining & Travel Club. All meals gluten-free breakfast, lunch and dinner daily - on table d'hote group menu basis. Sightseeing, special events & transfers via chartered coach with guide, including entrance fees and permits Cancellations, refunds: cancellation charges cover non-refundable expenses and administrative costs, and help protect fares for other participants. Travel and trip cancellation insurance is recommended; an application will be sent with your confirmation. A full refund, less $300 p.p. cancellation charge, will be given if notice of cancellation is received more than 180 days before departure; between 180 and 150 days, a $600 p.p. charge will apply; between 150 and 90 days, a $1,600 charge will apply; within 90 days, there is no refund. There may be a penalty on the airfare, as well. The administrative fee is not refundable.
