We’re introducing a new style of event. One that allows attendees to tailor their own content. One that allows sponsors to take control of their audience. And allows them to meet as many relevant attendees as possible. Here’s how we do it…

Total Rail networking app You’ll have access to our mobile app and web portal before, during and after the event. You can set up meetings, access event content and contact other attendees. Download the app at www.terrapinn.com/total-rail-app

Lead generation Sponsoring the event offers a much bigger marketing opportunity than just the main two days. Top sponsors have an opportunity to join our Lead Generation programme. This is a digital inbound marketing programme that uses social marketing and CRM to create awareness for your product or services. It allows you to generate leads that you can add to your sales pipeline.

Branding This event is already being marketed by us. The sooner you join the more exposure you will get, via our website and other digital channels, print media and online community.

Plenary keynotes The keynote speakers include inspirational, visionary or industry leaders. Past keynotes have included Crossrail’s Terry Morgan, TfL’s Mike Brown and RATP’s Pierre Mongin. Platinum sponsors are given the opportunity to join the keynote session and be seen as an industry thought-leader.

Roundtables A round table is by definition ‘a meeting around a table.’ During this session the entire audience will brainstorm, debate and discuss a series of relevant topics and problems. For sponsors, the round table format is a really powerful forum to meet at least nine qualified, self-selected attendees to debate a problem they have, that you can solve.

1-2-1 Partnering Top sponsors are allocated a Networking Manager. They will work with you in the run-up to the event to secure meetings and plan a schedule for you. At the event they’ll facilitate introductions and ensure that the meetings take place. Sponsorship and exhibition packages
