In fact, three new-born skunk babies and going on vacations, the pools and waterparks have opened to provide respite were left in the nest, and we took care of them. Hello, to June: Summertime in our city! How Much Water Should You Drink?

“Your Love, LORD, reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies.” Psalms 36:5 NIV The key to staying hydrated is drinking fluids throughout the day. Most of us know that it’s important to drink plenty of fluids when the outside temperature starts to rise. Staying hydrated is a daily necessity, no matter what the thermometer says. But, many of us aren’t getting enough to drink, especially older adults. Older people don’t sense thirst as much as they did when they were younger. This could be a problem if they’re on a medication that may cause fluid loss, such as a diuretic.

Water keeps every system in the body functioning properly. Such as: · Carrying nutrients and oxygen to your cells · Flushing bacteria from your bladder · Aiding in digestion · Preventing constipation · Normalizing blood pressure · Stabilizing the heartbeat "Kind hearts are the gardens; kind thoughts are the roots; · Cushioning joints kind words are the flowers; · Protecting organs and tissues kind deeds are the fruits." · Regulating body temperatures - English Proverb · Maintaining electrolyte (sodium) balance
