Ziebarth; 3 - Maria Santa Stable; Footnotes STOPCHARGINGMARIA attended the pace five wide in hand, joined the vanguard six wide nearing the quarter pole, forged command entering the stretch, drifted out bumping STELLAR WIND near the three-sixteenths marker, was straightened away and held stubbornly. STELLAR WIND was allowed to settle, commenced her bid with three furlongs to run, looped up seven wide to engage the leader, was bumped and floated out further in the upper stretch, fought on well but was unable to best the determined winner. CURALINA pulled between horses, leveled into stride on the backstretch, waited in traffic leaving the second turn, angled in and slipped between horses, loomed a danger but flattened and settled for a minor award. SHEER DRAMA settled into stride, circled into the lane eight wide, came in under right handed urging and tightened up WEDDING TOAST a furlong out, lined out and was making up ground. FRIVOLOUS was under a hard hold near the tail of the field, worked her way to the outside on the backstretch, ranged up eight wide through far turn, churned on through the drive and improved position. YAHILWA disputed the pace four wide, was collared between horses on the second turn, contested the issue to the final furlong and wilted. WARREN'S VENEDA came away slow, was unhurried into stride, split horses a quarter out and toiled on. I'M A CHATTERBOX was reluctant into stride in traffic into the first turn, settled saving ground, shifted out entering the stretch, but made no significant kick. CALAMITY KATE attended the pace along the inside, got through every step, but came up empty in the final furlong. GOT LUCKY brushed the gate to get away slow, was unhurried into stride and was never a factor. WEDDING TOAST was forwardly placed four wide between horses, was within reach to the stretch, was put in tight when SHEER DRAMA came in, steadied and came up empty thereafter. PEACE AND WAR contended five wide through the second turn and retreated. MY SWEET ADDICTION set the pace off of the inside, was collared between horses approaching the five sixteenths and gave way readily once headed. SALAMA saved ground to no avail. The jockey of STELLAR WIND lodged an objection against STOPCHARGINGMARIA for alleged interference entering the stretch, following the Stewards inquiry into the stretch there was no change to the order of finish. 3rd Place horse sold through Keeneland Association, Inc.
