Terryglass Arts Festival is delighted to host Jenny Fox as its first Artist in Residence. Born in Canada and brought up in Mayo, Jenny lives and works in . A graduate of NCAD, her work is represented in several public and private collections at home and abroad. Much of Jenny’s inspiration for her work comes from rural landscapes. Her work centres on the feeling of belonging, the notions of physical space and place. “I am not trying to paint these places, they are never my subject, I am trying to express how I experience them.”

With band members from Ireland, Spain, France, Germany, U.S.A, FAMILY FUN DAY IN THE VILLAGE Russia and Argentina, the band has been described as a form of “musical United SQUARE Nations”, with instruments ranging from Guitar, Ukulele, Mandolin, Cajon, Congas, 1.00pm-6.00pm Washboard, Saxophone, Trumpet, Violin and Harmonica. The spectacular range of instruments, as well as various musical influences throughout the group creates a COME ALONG & JOIN THE FUN!!! unique sound.
