Michael: It’s usually just “best wishes,” or “swim fast.” 16 What’s your fave post-race meal? Michael: It depends on what I’m craving, and where I am. If I am in a foreign country, it usually has to be fast food. 17 What’s something your post-swimming life will NOT include? Michael: A lot of people say I should be a Masters swimmer. I will probably not (laughs) be a Masters swimmer. 18 You became an uncle recently, what’s that like? Michael: It’s cool! It’s definitely interesting, and kind of weird, being an uncle at age 20. But my sister (Whitney) is happy and her husband is happy. She loves it, and I’ve been talking to Whitney a lot about it. Taylor, my niece, is almost a month old. Whitney is really excited.
