• All bookings, including food & beverage, must be made minimum 24 hours prior to the booking date, and are subject to availability. • Any no shows or late cancellations are subject to the Cancellation and No-Show Policy. • You will be granted a 50% discount on meeting rooms when booked with accommodation services • Cultural activities and Experiential tourism must be booked in advance. • Ajloun campsite contains 23 cabins (with maximum capacity of 82 persons per night), the cabins are operational all year round. • Hiking trails availability is based on guides’ availability and suitable weather conditions. • Check-in time is at 3:00 pm / Check-out time is at 12:00 pm. • Every visitor must have his/her valid passport or ID card on site. • This is a smoke & pet free area. • We discourage drinking alcohol in the reserve for cultural reasons. • Jordanians / Arabs are required to have a copy of the marriage certificate or family book for co-ed bookings. • Extra 12 JOD to be added for full view Deluxe cabins, number (1,2,3,4).
