Colloquium Experts, scientists, museum and tourism professionals Participants: Regional Meeting Government Representatives Participants: Venue: Both meetings will take place in the National Museum of Denmark in , Ny 10, 1471 København K, Denmark.

Excursion: An excursion is offered to the Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde on the afternoon of 8 June 2016 for max. 60 participants. The bus will leave at 3 pm from the National Museum. It will return around 6 pm. The excursion is free of charge and includes a guided visit. Please register in time.

Official Reception: An official reception is offered for all participants at 6 pm, 8 June 2016, at the National Museum of Denmark.

Hotels: Pre-reserved hotels are the Cabinn and the Hotel Astoria. For booking at the hotel Cabinn, please use attached registration form. Send the form directly to the hotel Cabinn.

For booking at the hotel Astoria please e-mail Mai Mølle, mamo@brochner- hotels.dk. Use reference number 304890. You may of course also book any other hotel in the city. We advise early booking, due to a high number of events in Copenhagen in June.

Airport and Transport: Copenhagen Airport Kastrup is the main international airport serving Copenhagen. The airport is located on the island of Amager, just 8 kilometers (5.0 mi) south of Copenhagen city centre. You can reach Copenhagen by train or metro. The metro is located near the terminal 3 exit. All trains go in the same direction from the airport (M2 to Vanløse Station). The trains run with 4-6 minutes intervals during the day and evening. During the night the train runs every 15-20 minutes. It will take you 13 minutes to get to Nørreport Station in the city centre. Tickets can be bought at the metro station and at the DSB ticket sales counter in terminal 3. Please note that the machines only accept coins and credit cards, not notes. More information regarding how to find your way in Copenhagen is available at the end of this document.

Registration & Fees: The Regional Meeting and the Colloquium are free of charge, but the number of participants is restricted. Please register by using the forms published on the conference website at the latest by 15 May 2016.

Visa: Please inquire whether you need a visa to come to Danemark. If you do, make sure to lodge an application in due time. Detailed information about the Danish visa rules, including which foreign nationals need visas, can be obtained from the website of the Danish Immigration Service. See here the list of countries whose citizens need a visa to enter Denmark.

Currency: Denmark uses the krone as its currency and does not use the euro. 1 Danish Krone is equivalent to approx. 0.13 EUR.

Time Zone: In Copenhagen time is UTC+1 as standard time, and UTC+2 as daylight saving time, with transition dates according to the European Union rules.
