Canal Flats is changing. The mill closure is a big challenge. An Economic Development Strategy is being created to carve out a future that won't look like the past. An online Community Survey is your chance to personally have a say in what goes into the direc- tion of the Strategy.

"Legacy" is about creating new opportunities that our children and grandchildren could Box 159, 8866 Grainger Rd., take advantage of. Canal Flats needs to create its future and needs your input and ideas. Canal Flats, B.C. Thank you We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for all the kindness and support with the loss of our beloved father Lorne Friesen. The outpouring of love and empathy have truly touched our hearts and will forever be a great reminder of all those whose lives our Dad has touched. It overwhelmed us. A very special thank you to Terry, Merelyn, Karen and to all who brought food, cards, flowers, for your phone calls and concern, we couldn't’ have done it without you.

So from the bottom of our hearts, we says thank you. Love Donna, Tracey & Karen
