The Pioneer football team plays its home games at Wightman Stadium, an on-campus facility that was renovated in 2004. Included in the upgrades was the installation of A-Turf, a state- of-the-art synthetic grass-like surface that provides excellent playing conditions, even in the worst of weather. Also equipped with lights and a press box, the 3,000-seat Wightman Sta- dium combines a fan-friendly football se ing with the amenities of a fi rst-class stadium.
