During the 2008 season, Flora will serve as the Pioneers’ off ensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.

During the 2007 campaign, he coached the wide receivers and served as the recruiting coordinator, strength and conditioning coordinator and passing game coordinator while also managing many of the program’s administra- tive duties.

“I am very happy for the opportunity to assume leader- ship of the William Paterson football program,” said Flora. “The players are committ ed to our vision for the future, and we are all going to work together as one unit to continue to take positive steps forward.”

During his previous six years at William Paterson, Flora has helped recruit and develop several all-conference performers, including Pioneer all-time career receiving yardage and receptions leader Kareen Moon. During each of his six seasons, one of Flora’s wide receivers earned all-conference laurels (Bryant Richardson, 2002-03; Moon, 2004-07). Included in the upgrades was the installation of A-Turf, a state- of-the-art synthetic grass-like surface that provides excellent playing conditions, even in the worst of weather. Also equipped with lights and a press box, the 3,000-seat Wightman Sta- dium combines a fan-friendly football sett ing with the amenities of a fi rst-class stadium.
