Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program FY 2012- FY 2014 Goal Methodology Review- Concur

Dear Mark O’Brien:

This letter is to notify you that we concur with the FY 2012 – FY 2014 DBE goals methodology for the Alaska Transportation & Public Facilities (ADOT&PF). Our review was conducted under the authority of 49 CFR Part 26.

The goals are described as:

Total DBE Contracting Dollars: $124,480,351.00 Overall Goal: 10.5% DBE Participation To be obtained through 5.55% Race-Neutral and 4.95% Race-Conscious Professional Service Agreement (PSA) Goal is as follows: 5% (100% Race Conscious) Covering the period October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2014

These goals cover the following identified tentative project(s):

AIA East Airpark Drainage Extension Phase 2 ($7,500,000.00) 5. AIA Taxiway E & RON 2 Reconstruction ($20, 5000,351.00) 6. Improvements ($20,800,000.00) 7. Improvements 2012 ($23,750,000.00) 8. TUNUAK Airport Relocation ($20,750,000.00) 9. Homer Beluga Float Plane Facilities Improvements ($1,500,000.00) 10. Unalaska Chemical and Equipment Storage ($5,100,000.00) 11. Apron and Taxiway Improvements ($4,000,000.00) 12. Runway Pavement Rehabilitation ($2,000,000.00) 13. Bethel Airport Snow Removal Equipment Building ($4,250,000.00) 2
