The Divisions are arranged in this and 9ther rabIes in the order of their .importance, viz., Baroda: Kadi," Navsari, Amreli and Okhamandal. 3. l3aroda Cantonment is treated as a part of the City. Separate figures for it are given only in Tables IV aI;l.d V below those. for the City. The area of the cantonment is only one square mile. 4. Population statistics by religion 'and literacy for Mahais ITalukas) and Peta Mahals are givep. in the State Tables I and II at the end of this volume. 5. Navsari 1,914 1,807 The decrease is due to the forest reserves in U marpada and Vaj pur being traversed, the previous figure of 460 sq. miles being only an. estimate. Adjustments previous tCl 1911 have been already noted in the Imperial Tables Volume of 1911.
