Apple TV+ Touts Spring and Summer Originals 02.20.2021 Apple TV+ on Friday revealed its upcoming lineup of originals to TV reporters and critics at the Television Critics Association Winter 2021 Virtual Press Tour. Premiering in the next few months are The Mosquito Coast, starring Justin Therous; limited series Lisey's Story created and executive produced by Stephen King and J.J. Abrams and starring Julianne Moore, Clive Owen and Joan Allen; dramedy Physical, starring Rose Byrne as a San Diego housewife turned aerobics instructor and created by Annie Weisman; musical comedy Schmigadoon! from Lorne Michaels and starring Cecily Strong and Keegan Michael-Key; Foundation, Mr. Corman and The Shrink Next Door. Additionally, new seasons of such series as Mythic Quest, The Morning Show, Truth Be Told, Central Park and See also are on the way. Besides drama and comedy series, Apple TV+ also is offering such original films as Palmer, starring Justin Timberlake; Cherry, starring Tom Holland; and documentary Billie Eillish: The World's a Little Blurry, directed by R.J. Cutler. Below is the new teaser for season two of Mythic Quest, which comes from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia's Rob McElhenney and Charlie Day under their RCG banner, as well as Megan Gantz, who also executive produces along with David Hornsby. Michael Rotenberg and Nicholas Frenkel also executive produce on behalf of 3 Arts, as well as Jason Altman, Danielle Kreinik and Gérard Guillemot for Ubisoft Film & Television. The series is produced by Lionsgate, 3 Arts Entertainment and Ubisoft..
