His website is at www.massimopolidoro.com. Alien Mug Shots The Ten Best (or Worst) Photos of Aliens hotos of supposed UFOs abound. Most of the time they show dark stains or bright dots in the sky, of varying di- mension and quality, which could be due to a lot of things: military aircrafts, weather balloons, birds, meteors, etc. PSometimes the UFO is well focused, but the flying saucer always looks suspiciously similar to a pan lid suspended from a thread or a lamp holder or a wheel cap thrown in the air. And of course today the possibilities for digitally re- touching an image are endless. What are lacking, however, are credible photos of the creatures that should be flying these UFOs—the actual aliens or extraterrestrials. It appears there are no more than fifty such photos shot in the past eighty years, but once you take out those plainly fake and the more suspicious looking ones all you are left with are about ten photos. These are, essen- tially, “mug shots” of wanted extraterrestrials. Here is my personal list of the best (or worst) photos of aliens. • George Adamski
George Adamski George Adamski (17 April 1891 – 23 April 1965) was a Polish American George Adamski citizen and author who became widely known in ufology circles, and to some degree in popular culture, after he claimed to have photographed spaceships from other planets, met with friendly Nordic alien Space Brothers, and to have taken flights with them to the Moon and other planets.[2] He was the first, and most famous, of the so-called contactees of the 1950s. Adamski called himself a "philosopher, teacher, student and saucer researcher", although most investigators concluded his claims were an elaborate hoax, and that Adamski himself was a con artist.[3] Adamski authored three books describing his meetings with Nordic aliens and his travels with them aboard their spaceships: Flying Saucers Have Landed (co- written with Desmond Leslie) in 1953, Inside the Space Ships in 1955, and Flying Saucers Farewell in 1961. The first two books were both bestsellers; by Born 17 April 1891 1960 they had sold a combined 200,000 copies.[4] Bromberg, German Empire Died 23 April 1965 Contents (aged 74) Early years Silver Spring, Ufology Maryland, U.S. Orthon and the Contactees Resting Arlington National Straith Letter Hoax place Cemetery Meeting with Queen Juliana of the Netherlands Occupation Self-described Later life "wandering Death teacher",[1] ufologist Investigations and criticism Organization Royal Order of Tibet Adamski photographs and Moseley investigation Air Force investigation George Adamski Foundation In popular culture Known for Contactee Books Other publications See also Notes References Further reading External links Early years Adamski was born in Bromberg in the Kingdom of Prussia, German Empire.

  • Unidentified Flying Object
Unidentified flying object An unidentified flying object (UFO) is any aerial phenomenon that cannot immediately be identified or explained. Most UFOs are identified or investigated as conventional objects or phenomena. The term is widely used for claimed observations of extraterrestrial spacecraft, and was coined as an anacronym by Project Blue Book project head Edward J. Ruppelt. Another widely used term for the phenomenon is "flying saucer." Studies and investigations have been conducted by various governments worldwide, along with private individuals and organizations. In the United States, studies began in the late 1940s and have included Project Grudge, Project Sign and Project Blue Book. The latter was ended in 1969-70 after the Condon Committee officially concluded that the subject failed to merit further study. However, an unpublicized study named the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program was funded by the U.S. government from 2007-2012, and a successor program named the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force is currently operational. Unidentified lights and flying objects have been reported in the skies for much of human history. Skeptics including various scientists, and organizations such as the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry, state that the entire topic can be explained as conventional objects or phenomena, while Ufologists suggest various unproven theories. Public polling indicates a considerable portion of the U.S. population feels that their government is withholding information on the subject. Photograph of a purported UFO in Passaic, New Jersey, taken The topic of UFOs has been, and is currently, popular in worldwide culture in fictional on July 31, 1952 movies, television and other media.

UFOs and the Extraterrestrial Contact Movement a bibliography Volume Two: The Extraterrestrial Contact Movement b y GEORGE M. EBERHART The Scarecrow Press, Inc. Metuchen, N.J., & London 1386 Copyright *>1986 by George M. Eberhart Manufactured in the United States of America VOLUME TWO: THE EXTRATERRESTRIAL CONTACT MOVEMENT 131- CONTACTEES BEFORE 1952 The term "contactee" originally referred to a small group of individuals who in the 1950s claimed a direct contact with the space people that piloted the flying saucers- These contacts usually contained many psychic elements (telepathy, psychokinesis, dematerializations) as well as a religious or an ethical message. However, for at least 200 years before George Adamski's first contact in 1952, various people have claimed contact with extraterrestrials and their accounts bear a strong resemblance to the later saucer contactees. While spacecraft are present or at least implied in most of the accounts af ter 1952, they are not integral to the contact because communication with * the aliens is usually by telepathy. Before 1952 UFOs are almost completely absent, with visits to or from other planets accomplished through an out-of body experience- Most of these early accounts confined their contacts to beings from Mars (11028, 11036, 11083-84), with only a few from Venus (11020) or other remote, nameless worlds (10024). One of the first writers to claim an extraterrestrial contact was the Swedish mystic Emanuel Swedenborg (11075-77), who described his "astral journeys" to each of the planets known in the mid-18th century- Also includ ed in this chapter are the works of theosophists H.P.
