    FCA riporta un EBIT adjusted record a 2,0 miliardi di euro con margine al 6,9%, inclusa Magneti Marelli. NAFTA in progresso del 51% con margine al 10,2%; utile netto adjusted in crescita del 51% a 1,4 miliardi di euro. Utile netto in calo del 38% a 0,6 miliardi di euro con costi di 0,7 miliardi di euro relativi alle problematiche del diesel negli Stati Uniti. Target operativi confermati, la liquidità netta industriale riflette il riallineamento della produzione alla domanda attesa ed i versamenti discrezionali anticipati ai piani pensionistici. • Consegne globali complessive(2) pari a 1.160.000 veicoli, in rialzo del 3% principalmente grazie alla crescita in NAFTA e LATAM, che è stata in parte compensata da APAC ed EMEA • Ricavi netti(1) pari a 28,8 miliardi di euro, con un aumento del 9% (+11% a parità di cambi di conversione) per la crescita delle consegne e il positivo effetto prezzi e mix • EBIT adjusted(1),(3) a 1.995 milioni di euro, in rialzo del 13% (+16% a parità di cambi di conversione) con margine in aumento di 20 pb al 6,9% • Utile netto adjusted(1),(3) pari a 1.396 milioni di euro, in rialzo del 51% (+54% a parità di cambi di conversione); utile netto a 564 milioni di euro, in calo del 38% (-33% a parità di cambi di conversione) per effetto di costi stimati in 0,7 miliardi di euro accantonati in relazione alle problematiche del diesel negli Stati Uniti(*) • Indebitamento netto industriale(1) pari a 0,2 miliardi di euro, tenuto conto dei versamenti discrezionali anticipati effettuati ai piani pensionistici per 0,6 miliardi di euro al netto delle imposte • Nel trimestre Moody’s ha innalzato da stabile a positivo l’outlook di FCA e confermato il Corporate Family Rating a "Ba2" • Annunciato l’accordo per la vendita di Magneti Marelli a CK Holdings Co., Ltd.
