NB: This is a subjective selection of abbreviations which I found occurred most frequently both in late medieval manuscripts and early modern printed books. The best way to customise this list is to keep updating it from the examples you come across in your own study!

The most important / default is a long slash above a letter, often at the end of the word, which is also called a „nasal “ (Nasalstrich) since it commonly marks a left out nasal consonant, i.e. either n or m, but it can also just mark that there has been an abbreviation.
