July 13 Rochester L 9-1 In the first game of the day, play picked up with the RailRiders trailing 3-1 in the bottom of the fifth with no recorded outs. Runners were at July 14 Rochester W 4-0 first and third and Tyler Austin was at the plate. At the start of the resumption, Austin struck out and Billy McKinney walked. Mike Ford also July 15 Rochester W 3-1 walked to bring home Abiatal Avelino. Shane Robinson then hit into a fielder’s choice that plated Mark Payton and tied the game at three. July 16 @ Toledo W 5-0 Rey Navarro walked to load the bases once again and Bruce Caldwell singled through the three-four-hole to score two more runs that July 17 @ Toledo W 8-4 gave Scranton/Wilkes-Barre a 5-3 lead.
