All India Sainik School Entrance for Class 6th ​Age is 10 to 12 years and class 9th age ​13 ​ to 15 years. ( April- May / Oct - Nov) held Exam in Jan. ​ Rashtriya Military School (RMS) Class 6 ​Age is 10 to 12 years and class 9th Age ​13 to 15 ​ years. Entrance ( April- May / Oct - Nov) held Exam in Dec. ​ Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC​) Class 7th Studying ​Age 11.5 to 13 years ( April- ​ May / Oct - Nov) held Exam in June & December.

National Defence Academy (NDA)

Eligibility 12th Class Age 16.5 to 19.5 years Join After 10th Class with Schooling with CBSE Exam : Augest & September

NDA I- Applying candidates must be born between 2nd July 2002 to 1st July 2005. NDA II- Applying candidates must be born between 2nd January 2003 to 1st January 2006.

Syllabus for RIMC /SAINIK & RMS Entrance Exam : Syllabus for RIMC : RIMC conducts ​ ​ the entrance test for admission to the VIII Class in the RIMC Dehradun for December and July term. Applicants who are interested in taking admission must appear in the Entrance Test.

The examination comprises of:

1. Written Exam: The written part of the examination will consist of three papers, namely, ​ English (1000-1200hrs) and Mathematics (1400-1530hrs) shall be conducted on Day 1 and General Knowledge Paper (1000-11OOhrs) on Day 2. Minimum pass marks in each paper is 50%. 2. Viva Voce: The interview date shall be scheduled date, and interview will be held for ​ only those applicants who qualify in the written exam, Minimum pass marks in interview is 50% and the date, venue for interview will be intimated to them by respective State by first week of Mar. Intelligence and personality of the applicants will be tested in the interview. 3. Medical Exam: All the applicants qualified after interview will undergo a medical ​ examination at selected Military Hospitals and only those applicants found medically fit will be considered for selection and admission to the RIMC. The medical exam of the applicants forms only a part of the system of selection and does not imply the final selection.

Mathematics Paper a, Arithmetic – Natural numbers , Integers , Rational , Real numbers fundamental operation ​ ​ ​ (Addition,subtraction,multiplication,division) Decimal number , Unitary Method. Simple problems of time and distance, time and work, simple problems of percentage, Profit and Loss, Simple interest , Prime and composite numbers, Test of divisibility by 2,3,4,5,6,9 and 11. HCF and LCM, Ratio and Proportion, Average , Brackets and removal Brackets , Changing of Units. b. Algebra – Basic operation – Addition , Subtraction , Multiplication , Division ,Simple Factors ​ -Simple problem based on A2-B2, split the Middle term, Solution of simple linear equation of one variable and its applications. Exponents and indices(simple problem) and simple problems based on formula.

c. Geometry – Lines and Angles , Plane and plane figure ,Properties of Angles at a point , ​ parallel lines , Sides and angles of a Triangle, Construction of Triangle-based on side and angles, Bisecting the angle and line by use of ruler and compass only, Special angles by use by our rules and compasses definition and simple problem based on quadrilaterals, triangles and polygons. d. Mensuration – Area and Perimeter of Square , Rectangle , Parallelogram, Triangle , Arc ​ Length circumference and Area of a Circle , Area of figures , Volume and surface area of cubes and cuboids

SAINIK SCHOOL : Presently, there are a total of 32 Sainik Schools in India. All these schools ​ are affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Only boys are eligible for admissions to these schools. Sainik School Society conducts an entrance test for the candidates (who are only boys) to provide admission to them in class VI and class IX. ​ RIMC SUBJECT WISE MARKS

Sainik School Eligibility 2020

It is important for all the applicants/ guardians to read the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. Any candidate found ineligible at any stage shall be disqualified.

● Only boys are eligible for admission to Sainik Schools and Girls for Only Sainik School, Chhingchhip. ● For Class VI – Candidates must be between the age of 10 to 12 year as on 31st July 2020. ● For Class IX- Candidates must be between the age of 13 to 15 year as on 31st July 2020. They must be studying in class VIII in a recognized school. ● Candidates must also have qualified the entrance exam.

AISSEE Exam Pattern 2020 : For admission to both class VII & IX in Sainik School students ​ have to go through an entrance test. The complete information about the entrance exam such exam pattern, the syllabus is shared below-

● English-Antonyms, Synonyms, Homophones, Gender, Vocabulary usage, Sentence types, One-word substitute, Comprehension, Essay Writing, Verb Forms, Adjective, Nouns, Adverbs, Grammatical Structures, rearranging words to make sentences etc. ● Mathematics-Fractions and Decimals, Number system, Mensuration, Geometry, Commercial Mathematics ● The medium of the exam is English, Hindi, and other recognized official languages. ● Maximum marks are 300. ● Mode of the exam will be offline ● Paper will be divided into two parts viz. The paper I (mathematical Knowledge & English language test) and Paper II (Intelligence test) ● The total duration of the exam is 3 hours.

The entrance exam will be consists of two papers such as Paper I and Paper II. Paper I will be ​ ​ ​ ​ held in first day first half, Mathematical knowledge test for 100 marks and Language ability test will be conducted for 100 marks. Paper II will be Intelligence test which contains 100 marks. Paper I will be held in two hours and paper II will be held in 50 minutes.Exam Paper will be MCQ OMR based Exam.

Rashtriya Military School Admission 2020 ​- Rashtriya Military Schools located at Chail (Himachal Pradesh), Ajmer (), Belgaum (Karnataka), Bangalore (Karnataka) and Dholpur (Rajasthan) invite applications for admission to class VI & IX for academic session 2020-21

General Guidlines​ :Common Entrance Test for admission to class VI and IX In December and is automated OMR based in subjects mentioned under the head "ADMISSION TEST". Admission to Class XI will be based on Class x board exam results. No written exam will be held for admission to class XI. For admission to class VI a candidate should not be less than 10 years and more than 12 years of age on 01 Jul of the year of admission. . For admission to class IX a candidate should not be less than 13 years and more than 15 years of age on 01 Jul of the year of admission. . For admission to class XI a candidate should not be less than 15 years and more

RMS Common Entrance Test for Academic Year 2020-21

Entrance Exam Pattern

● The Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to Class VI & IX will be held on 22nd December 2019 (Sunday). The exam will be based on automated OMR. ● Class VI: ​ It will be of class V standard in subjects of Intelligence, General Knowledge, Mathematics & English. ● Class IX: ​ It will be of class VIII standard in subjects of English, Hindi, Social Science, Mathematics & Science.

Join NDA after completion of your 10th standard.

To be eligible to join NDA, you should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination from a recognised board. Since, you have not pursued 12th standard, so, being a 10th standard passed candidate, you are not eligible to join NDA

J​ oin NDA-II Exam 2020 After 10th, 12th, BA, BSc, Eligibility:​ Students who have passed X class and studying in 10+2/Intermediate in final year and students who have already passed XII standard exam or higher exam may apply for National Defence Academy (NDA) Exam 2020. Please do not disturb the child by calling him of cell phone during the day time, you will be disturbing him in class hours.Once a month we take the children out for a night out camp.Visits at local museum, the exhibition is a part of our training.
