4 Nungnung Waterfall

Ulun Danu Bratan Temple

Pura Ulun Danu Bratan is featured in 50,000-rupiah bank note. Pura Ulun Danu Beratan, or Pura Bratan, is a major Shivaite and water temple on Bali. The temple complex is located on the shores of Lake Bratan in the mountains near . Water temples serve the entire region in the outflow area. Downstream there are many smaller water temples that are specific to each irrigation association. Built in 1633, this temple is used for offerings ceremony to the Balinese water, lake and river goddess Dewi Danu, due to the importance of Lake Bratan as a main source of irrigation in central Bali. 5 Twin Lakes (1300m)

Buyan and Tamblingan is a pair of lakes located in one of the cool climates and very cold at that time of night in the village area of Pancasari, Sukasada subdistrict, Buleleng regency, Bali. Twin lake is actually a series of lakes consisting of three lakes in the twin and formed a huge caldera. This caldera lake is flanked by two lakes Tamblingan on the west and east of the lake Beratan. While Buyan lake is the largest lake of the three. Tohpati

Tohpati Village is the center of Batik in Bali. it's very exciting to watch the Balinese paint at the cloth. It's not just simple structured paintings but also the people are very skilful. Watch the production, weaving, follow the whole process.

Batuan Temple

The name "Batuan" or "Baturan" mentioned here prompts villagers to joke about being "Tough as Stone" or "eating rocks", as batu means "stone" in Balinese. But it likely refers to an ancient megalithic tradition in which standing stones served as meeting places and ceremonial sites for the worship of ancestral spirits. Because Batuan became a center from which Buddhist priests and Brahmans spread to the main court centers of south Bali, the village has an unusual preponderance of brahman.

Mas Wood Carving

It is a village of art with a focus on carving of wood sculptures. It is situated in Ubud District and Gianyar Regency has a distinctive style in the art carving of wood sculptures that promotes characteristic synergy of humanism and naturalism. The fame of this village as a village of art has been recognized nationally and internationally which can’t be separated from the greatness name of some maestro who were born, have grown and found their identities and spirit of art in Mas Village.

Gunung Kawi Temple

Gunung Kawi temple dates back to the 11th century and the creation of this temple was started by Raja/ King Marakatapang kaja (reign: 1024 – 1028 AD) and then finished by Raja/King Anak Wungsu (reign: 1050 – 1077) who in the end actually gave up his kingdom to become a religious hermit. Another legend says that the monument was carved out of the mountain by the Giant Kebo Iwo within one night.

Agro Tourism

Visit a plantation that grows coffee, cacao, ginseng and lemon grass. They also make the Kopi luwak, coffee beans that are eaten by Civet cats and then collected again from the fecies for a better taste. Tegalalang Rice Terrace

This village is formerly as usually traditional Balinese village in Bali where most of the villagers are working on the rice field and some of them are working as government officer and other in private sectors. Nowadays, Tegalalang Village is become famous because of the beautiful rice terrace that attracts the tourist to come and see this amazing panorama. The visitors who visit this village will discover the beautiful green rice terrace on the cliff bank and understanding how hardly does the local farmer work on it to make rice. Barong & Keris Dance

Barong is a character in the mythology of Bali. He is the king of the spirits, leader of the hosts of good, and enemy of Rangda in the mythological traditions of Bali. Banas Pati Rajah is the fourth brother or spirit child that accompanies a child throughout life. Banas Pati Rajah is the spirit which animates Barong. A protector spirit, he is often represented by a lion, and traditional performances of his struggles against Rangda are popular parts of Balinese culture. The Barong Dance is often portraited with two monkeys.

Celuk Village

Celuk Village is the famous village in Bali as a tourist destination cause of the local residents a very proactive and full of innovation to the gold and silver crafting. This countryside is located in sub district of Sukawati, Gianyar Regency and owns the individuality and excellence in production of gold and silver crafting. Most of them are Balinese professional, artistic and skillful of design development related to the silver and gold crafting.

Batuan Temple

TANAH LOT SUNSET TOUR

15 Taman Ayun Temple

Taman Ayun Temple is a Royal Temple of Mengwi Kingdom (in these years Bali had 9 kingdoms !). The temple is located in Mengwi Village at about 18 Km of Denpasar town. Pursuant to Papyrus Chronicle of the Mengwi the temple had been sanctified in the year 1634. The temple is founded in a park (pool with the beautiful garden) which can fulfill the desire. It is set on the land which is surrounded by the big fish pond and looks like a drift on the water. It owns the beautiful temple building with multistoried roof and . The wide beautiful landscape garden in front courtyard welcomes all visitors who come and visit this temple.

Desa Baha

The uniqueness of others which can be found in Baha Village is the Entrance to the home of each family with a uniform combination of traditional Balinese architecture buildings, that gives an impression for tourists. 16 Batu Karu Temple

This temple is located on the southern slope of the second highest volcano in Bali and sits in a forested area. is one of the kayangan jagat (directional temples), that protect Bali from evil spirits. Pura Luhur Batukaru protects Bali from the west. There are 9 kayangan jagat altogether and they are always temples that occupy auspicious locations, such as the sides of tall volcanoes or overlooking the ocean. Other kayanganjagat include Pura Besakih and Pura Luhur Uluwatu. Pura Luhur Batukaru was originally built in the 11th century and was dedicated to the ancestors of the rajas of Tabanan. The temple was destroyed in 1604, but rebuilt in 1959.

Tanah Lot Temple

Tanah Lot means "Land in the Sea" in the Balinese language. The temple sits on a large offshore rock which has been shaped continuously over the years by the ocean tide. Tanah Lot is claimed to be the work of the 16th-century Dang Hyang Niartha. Since this date, the Tanah Lot temple has been a part of the Balinese mythology. The temple is one of seven sea temples around the Balinese coast. At the base of the rocky island, venomous sea snakes are believed to guard the temple from evil spirits and intruders. In the year 1980 the rock temple had been renovated with a Japanese funding.

Time Table Estimate: • 2.00 am: Start from the villa and directly to the starting point in Pura Jati Temple. • 3.45 am: Arrival at starting point, introduction and safety procedure, briefing by our experience professional hiking guide (Association of mount Batur trekking guides). • 4.00 am: Begin our trekking to Mount Batur. • 4.20 am: Continue our trekking to the summit crater. • 6.00 am: Arrival at the summit crater, where we witness the spectacular view and sunrise. 22 Uluwatu Temple

Pura Luhur Uluwatu or Uluwatu Temple is a famous Balinese sea temple in Bali. It is one of the nine directional temples of Bali meant to protect it from evil spirits. This spectacular temple is one to marvel with as it perched at the edge of the rock overlooking the sea as if on guard. As one of the key nine directional temples of Bali, Pura Luhur Uluwatu is meant to protect Bali against the evil. It is expanded in the 11th Century by a Javanese sage, Empu Kuturan. Later another sage from East Java, Dnag Hyang Nirartha is credited to have constructed the padmasana shrines. The temple is perched at a staggeringly steep cliff as tall as 70 m over the Indian ocean. The temple is inhabited by monkeys, who are notorious for snatching visitors' belongings. They can usually be persuaded into trading the items for fruit, although this only encourages them to steal more. Jimbaran bay

Jimbaran Beach is directly south of the airport, on the way from Denpasar towards Nusa Dua. Jimbaran village is the narrow neck of Bali Island, and thus it has two remarkably different beaches. On the west, Jimbaran Beach faces the Jimbaran Bay, recently lined by luxurious resorts. On the east, the beach faces the body of water sheltered by Benoa Harbor. Jimbaran is a cove where fleets of fishing boats color the scene.

SEKUMPUL JUNGLE TREKKING TOUR

Sekumpul waterfall is touted as the most beautiful waterfall in Bali. It is fairly close to Niagara Falls Lemukih, only about 2 km away. Understandably, the Village and Village Lemukih Sekumpul indeed neighbors. To see Sekumpul Waterfall close, it takes a bit of effort and struggle. From the parking lot, you have to walk quite far away, down through a dirt road, and the hundreds of stairs, and across the river. When you ride a motorcycle, you can still ride from the parking lot (near the ticket window), to the end of the road paving. After paving the way out, the road turned into a narrow dirt road (footpath). Not long down the path, you arrived at a blank bale (gazebo) with Niagara Falls Sekumpul incredible lure. From the blank bale, the view of Niagara Sekumpul is very pretty in the distance. That makes this waterfall different from most waterfalls, Niagara Sekumpul not just made up of one or two waterfalls. There are at least seven waterfalls scattered in the high cliffs and surrounded by green trees soothes the eyes. Seventh waterfall has a shape and a different height. Absolutely amazing. It is no doubt that Niagara Sekumpul is crowed.

Danu Beratan The name Ulun Danu, literally means "The Beginning of the Lake" but this might not to claim that the site is the beginning of a lake. It tends to indicate that everything that exists around the lake will have the orientation to the temple site, and cleanliness around the area must be continuously kept. According to the ancient manuscript of the Mengwi Kingdom, was built in 1633 by I Gusti Agung Putu, the King of Mengwi, the same person who later built . 26 Kumbasari Market

Bali Badung market is a center of town's economics which is located in Gajah Mada Street, which is the main road and become a shopping centre of Bali. This traditional market is opposite to the village temple that is one of three biggest temples in Denpasar. This is the monument of Balinese People Struggle . Located in the center of Denpasar City. This Monument is recognized by the name of Bajra Sandhi because its form looks like Bajra or Genta or bell as used by all Hindu Priest in reading off Weda holy sentence () at religious ceremony. This monument was built in the year 1987 and inaugurated by president Megawati Sukarno Putri the 14 June 2003. The purpose of Bajra Sandhi Monument is to immortalize the soul and spirit of Balinese People struggle.
