Application must be completed in full in BLOCK LETTERS in English except for Signature(s) and should be made by Indian Nationals residents only. 2. Application for Equity Shares must be made for a minimum of 100 (One Hundred) shares and thereafter in multiples thereof. 3. An applicant should only one application (and not more than one) for total number of Equity shares required. Two or more applications in single and /or joint names will be multiple applications if the sole/and/ or the first applicants are one and the same. The Board reserves the right to reject in its absolute desecration all or any multiple applications. 4. Applications or equity shares may be made individuals, Limited Company, Statutory Corporations, Institutions all being resident of India and NOT in the Trusts (unless the trust is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 or any) other applicable trust laws and is authorised under its constitution to hold equity Shares of a company, partnership firms non residents foreign nations or his/her nominees or any of them. 5. In case of applications under Power of Attorney or by limited companies the relevant power of attorney or the relevant Board Resolutions as the case may be, a duly certified cop[y thereof must be attached to the application. Applications not accompanied by power of Attorney/ Board Resolution will be rejected and application money will be refunded to the applicant without any interest. 6. Application forms duly completed together with cash, account payee cheques or bank drafts as the case may be covering the amount payable on application @ Rs.1000/- per Equity share should be sent to the Company at its Head Office. Application accompanied by outstation cheques/ drafts, money orders or postal orders will not be accepted. 7. All Cheques or Bank drafts must be made payable at THRISSUR. 8. When the application is for 500 Equity Shares or more, the applicant or in the case of applications in the joint names, each of the applicant should mention his/her Permanent Account Number allotted under the Income Tax Act, or where the same has not been allotted should be mentioned in the space provided. Application Forms without this information will be considered incomplete and will be liable to be rejected. 9. A separate Cheque or bank draft must accompany each application form. 10. Applications which are not complete in all respects are liable to be rejected. 11. The Board of Directors reserves the right to accept any application in whole or in part without assigning any reason thereof. If an application is rejected in part, balance of the application money will be refunded to the applicant in terms of Section 73 of the Companies Act, 1956. No Interest will be payable on the application money so refunded. 12. Share Certificate or Letter of Regret with refund cheques or pay orders, if any, will be dispatched by Registered Post, within three months of the date of realisation of the Cheque/ Draft/ Pay orders for application money. 13. Attention of applicants is drawn to the provisions of Sub Section i. of Section 68A of the Companies Act, 1956 which is reproduced below: “Any person who:” a. make in a fictitious name, an application to a company for acquiring or subscribing for any shares therein Or b. Otherwise induces a company to allot or register any transfer of shares therein to him or any other person in fictitious name shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years. 14.
