Concept The Vision of three well travelled friends, two English and one Italian, to create a relaxing retreat in the heart of Tuscany. Creative Team The three originally London based, long time friends, brought with them all the different facets that have together moulded what is “Villa Fontelunga”. Simon once an accountant now a landscape gardener has, with his financial acumen and imaginative flair, touched his green fingers on the grounds. The Villa now sits elegantly amongst its manicured olive groves, terraced lawns and breathtaking pool. Philip, working as a production designer in the frenetic world of the film industry and in a need of punctuation to this pace, has crafted the complete look of the Villa. So creating a product unique in design to set the Villa apart from the crowd. Paolo originally a City Broker has taken his unappreciated communication skills humour and love for life to the Villa management with a style all of his own. Of course no Italian management would be whole without their “mama”, Ines, whose culinary art and colourful manner are synonymous with Villa Fontelunga.
