B&G Oysters offers a stylish setting for a casual cocktail reception or sit-down dinner and from May through September our private, stone-walled patio offers one of the best outdoor venues for dining in the city.

DINING ROOM a food & beverage minimum applies The dining room accommodates up to 32 guests at tables with an additional 14 seats available at the bar for a seated dinner.

PATIO a food & beverage minimum applies Our patio accommodates up to 24 for a buffet-style seated dinner, and up to 32 for a standing reception. In the event of inclement weather, the patio may be tented or heated. In the case of severe weather, the event will need to be rescheduled at a mutually agreed on date and time.

Inspired by the search for the most perfect wines to enjoy with oysters, Executive Wine Director Cat Silirie has created a list comprised of approximately 70 wines that pair beautifully with bivalves and with the seasonal seafood dishes served at B&G Oysters. Each carefully chosen wine indicates specific qualifying traits of authenticity, seasonality, and tradition, as well as terroir or “sense of place” - the notion that wines are a natural match with ingredients & the cuisine of their respective native regions. In addition to Champagne, Chablis, and Muscadet — our favorite pairings with oysters — crisp, mineraly whites and a careful selection of ocean- friendly reds from Cat’s favorite artisanal producers, complete wine offerings. Our Grüner Veltliner program is a source of particular pride. Cat who has long championed this “new” old world grape, is incredibly honored to have collaborated with Austrian winemaker Fred Loimer, to create the “Cuvee Cat” exclusively for our restaurants. With B&G Oysters in mind, this cuvee displays all the hallmarks of a Loimer Grüner Veltliner: extremely fresh, elegant, and accurate to the varietal with classic white pepper spice.
