Job Title: SWSE Account Executive

Department: SWSE Sales (Wolves, Spartans, Five & Live Events) Reports to: SWSE Sales Manager Summary:

The SWSE team delivers the best sports entertainment to Northeastern with the Wolves, the Five and the Spartans as well as our Out of Home advertising platforms. We are looking for innovative team players ready to take the most well-known entertainment brands in the city to the next level.

This position will be responsible for generating revenue through a multitude of revenue generating platforms. Responsibilities:

• Generate revenue from new and existing accounts by prospecting local businesses • Working within a team environment to achieve marketing and sale objectives. • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology to manage all customer relationships and interactions. • Obtain meetings with new and established clients through prospecting and cold calling • Understand client’s short-term and long-term challenges and needs (diagnostic interview) • Prepare professional proposals for client presentations • Negotiate contracts and close business deals • Service, maintain and grow an established list of accounts • Meet and exceed monthly revenue sales targets (, Five, Spartans, Out of Home) • Align sales strategies with promotions to enhance value to clients and create new revenue generating ideas • Assist with receivables and collection • Participate on aspects of team game day Education & Skill Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in a business-related discipline (Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Sports Management) • Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and building quality relationships • Strong presentation and negotiation skills combined with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Outstanding listening, written and verbal communication skills SW SPORTS + ENTERTAINMENT INC. 240 ELGIN STREET | SUDBURY | ONTARIO | CANADA | P3A 5N8 (705)-675-7973 | W: swse.ca | E: [email protected] • Maintain a flexible work schedule • Honesty and professional integrity • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment with a proactive positive attitude • Strong computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, database management, and Adobe Acrobat. • Strong knowledge of Digital and Social Media • Ability to work long and unpredictable hours on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Valid Class G Ontario Driver’s License and access to a vehicle is required. Compensation:

Compensation will be based on the experience and qualifications of the candidate. Salary/commission will be available on achieving goals and objectives that are both measurable and defined.
