The fundamental objective of this program is to facilitate and improve rehabilitation services in the State of Alabama through the development and implementation of innovative approaches in training vocational rehabilitation personnel and in working with rehabilitation clients. The Materials and Information Center is a component of the ARMS pro- gram. The fundamental objective of this program is to provide information on the source, content, and cost of rehabilitation media, either printed or in audiovisual format, to any individual or program in the State of Alabama working in the field of rehabilitation. Material js d stributed on the basis of printing and mailing costs. There are currently several centers or programs providing print material or information on print material related to the social and rehabilitation serviceS there are, however, only a few sources providing audiovisual material$ or information on audiovisual materials related to social and rdhabilitation work. This publication is a beginning. It is -an attempt to provide in one edition a listing of a variety of audiovisual formats on content related to the social-rehabilitation process. As a beginning this publication has no claim to being exhaustive or all encompassing. Nor is the listing of any of these materials indicative of.an endorsement by the editors of this catalog. The materials- listed here have been selected from a col- lection of over 200 audiovisual catalogs. Although a small fraction of these materials have been previewed and evaluated, by far the majority of materials have not been screened. If you preview or review some of the materials listed in the Catalog and find them inappropriate for social and rehabilitation use, please let us ktow so that- we can modify future editions. I demonstrate how mysticism entered psychedelic research and therapy through the history of a pioneer LSD psychotherapist named Betty Eisner. Since the late 1940s, Eisner was a key member of a bible study group that emphasized the psychological foundation of mystical experiences. When she entered psychology in the 1950s, she imported this influence into her research and therapy. As an active member of the small international LSD research community of the ‘50s and ‘60s, she participated in ongoing discussions about the place of mysticism in LSD psychotherapy. However, following malpractice accusations in the 1970s, Eisner lost her clinical license. Website: hrttp://www.fcn.ca My Life as a Black Nudist A distinguished Black American jurist has been a lifestyle advocate for nearly 70 years by Matt Bullock, Jr. I am a very fortunate person. I had great parents. I have a good brain, a good education, and good health. I meditate 45 minutes first thing every day, and my favorite mantra is "I am thankful." One of the blessings for which I am most appreciative is nudism. (I greatly prefer nudism to naturism. Nudism to me suggests the specific traditional artistic appreciation of the beauty of the human body, whereas naturism is a nonspecific euphemism suggesting trees, clouds, animals, birds, and vegetarianism, as well as rusticity and lack of sophistication.) I was born in Boston in 1920 a few months before women got the right to vote. Although some might consider that my being born Black was unfortunate, I have never felt this way. I think the difficulties involved in so being have made me a stronger person. When I was nine, I had gone to a summer camp where the boys bathed in a lake nude. Prior to that, I had attended a boys' club in Boston where there was nude swimming.

I am a licensed clinical professional counselor in the state of Maryland and the Director of the International Healing Foundation (IHF), of which I have been providing psychotherapy for clients who experience unwanted same-sex attractions and/or are gay-identified, for nearly five years. I hold a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. In my five years of clinical experience, I have treated approximately 150 men who experience conflicts with their sexuality or sexual orientation. Most of these men do not accept a gay identity for their lives, and seek counseling to overcome unwanted homosexual desires and attractions and increase opposite sex attractions. I have also worked with countless parents and families, both in individual consultations, family healing sessions, and group psychotherapy retreats. I am the co-creator of several different therapeutic retreats at IHF, including the Breakthrough Healing Weekend for men with unwanted same-sex attractions, Key to Your Child's Heart Healing Weekend for fathers of same-sex attracted children, and Key to Your Child's Heart Healing Weekend for mothers of same-sex attracted children. I am also the author of several publications on adolescent sexual health and bullying prevention, and a former associate editor of the peer-reviewed scientific journal Adolescent & Family Health.
