The JSU tennis teams - both the men and women - trounced Alabama-Huntsville Tuesday in preparation for the upcoming Southeastern Regional tournament in Savannah, Ga. The men won their match 8-1 to move their overall record to 5-5. The women are now 3-4 after a 9- 0 whitewashing over UAH. Both teams will head south to play in the regional tourney, which goes a long way toward deciding national tournament berths. Play begins Today and runs eveIy day through Sunday. Armstrong State is host of the tournament. JSU head coach Steve Bailey said there is tough competition in the tournament but feels the Gamecocks can be successful. "We feel like if we can get our game going we can beat them," he said. "We've got to play good. They've all got good teams." Rollins is the No. 1 seed in the tournament.
