In a hypothetical Finland scenario involving a ban imposed by national authorities on a film that is highly France critical of Islam, participants take on different roles in a simulation of a case Georgia before the European Court of Human Rights. This international cultural event, held for the first Netherlands time in 1995 at the height of the siege of the Bosnian capital, seeks to support Norway and promote regional cinema and authors. It will run from 23 to 31 July 2010.
