Sub: Contract for LPG Cylinders Door Delivery from HPCL & BPCL, Yellandu Area - Reg.

**** 1. Offers are invited for ‘Contract for LP Gas door delivery from Singareni Super Bazaar BPCL & HPCL Yellandu Distributorship points to the residences of SCCL employees for a period of two years under unit rate system’ on the basis of workable rates fixed as follows:

Note: Employees of M/s.SCCL & M/s. SCCL Stores Ltd (Singareni Super Bazaar) or their spouses are not eligible to participate in this tender.

2. The total LPG Door Delivery contract period will be in force for a period of TWO years. Initially, the tender is for a period of 3 months on trial run basis. On examining the performance during the trial run period, extension of further [period(I.e, one year and nine months ) shall be considered on the same terms and conditions subject to satisfactory performance of the tenderer. Payment shall be made on the number of cylinders delivered.

3. This tender notice is also published in SCCL website,i.e,www.scclmines.com

4. The prescribed ‘ TENDER FORM’ together with terms & conditions can be obtained from SCCL website,i.e,www.scclmines.com .

5. Tenderer shall submit bids along with EMD of – a) Rs.90,000/-(Rupees Sixty thousand only) for BPCL & HPCL LPG Cylinders Door Delivery ,and in the form of FDRs drawn on any Nationalized Banks located in Yellandu in favour of ‘The Singareni Collieries Company Limited’ payable at Yellandu, Bhadradri Kothagudem DIST. Telangana towards HPCL LP Gas Door Delivery and BPCL LP Gas Door Delivery respectively.

6. The successful Tenderers should deliver both HPCL & BPCL LPG Cylinders to the residences of SCCL employees for a period of two years under unit rate system.

7. FDRs so submitted should be valid for a minimum period of 4 months from the date of opening of tenders. The same shall be extended by the successful Tenderer for the duration of contract till Earnest Money is refunded. No interest shall be paid on the EMD amounts. Return of FDR to the un-successful Tenderer shall be made after finalization of the Tenders. The EMD of the successful tenderers shall be refunded after two months on completion of the order period and on satisfactory performance certification from Divisional Manager, SCCC Stores Ltd (Singareni Super Bazar), Kothagudem.

8. The Tenderer should submit the duly filled-in and signed “complete Tender Form along with FDR, Documents as mentioned in Tender Form, Copies of Vehicle Documents, Insurance Papers, Residential Proof, etc. in the O/o General Manager, YELLANDU Area.

12. Tenders should be posted in sealed envelope clearly super scribed with Tender No. YL119O0045 DT.02.12.2019 addressed to the General Manager, Yellandu Area and also mentioning the due date of closing & opening of tender, name, address & phone contact of the Tenderer. Without the above and un-signed quotations will not be considered.

13. The offer submitted by the Tenderers with insufficient information/without EMDs in the form of FDR will be summarily rejected.

14. The successful Tenderers should deposit Rs.3,00,000/- (Three Lakhs only) towards HPCL LP Gas Door Delivery and BPCL LP Gas Door Delivery respectively by way of Cash or arrange Bank Guarantee obtained from any Nationalized Bank only towards Security/Caution Deposit. Cash Deposit or Bank Guarantee towards Security/Caution Deposit should be lodged with the Divisional Manager, SCCC Stores Ltd. (Singareni Super Bazar), Kothagudem.

15. The General Manager, Yellandu Area reserves the right to accept offer in full or in part or to reject any or all offers without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

16. Tender Schedule can be obtained from , Purchase Department, O/o.General Manager, (PO) Yellandu , Bhadradri Kothagudem District-507124 from 05.12.2019 on any working day between 10 AM to 4.30 PM on payment of Rs.100/-(Rs.100+Rs.18 GST) towards tender processing Fee at cash office, F&A Dept., Yellandu Area.

17. The selection of the Tenderer shall be made on the basis of suitable Lottery System from among the Tenders which are technically & commercially qualified. The Lottery will be drawn subsequently with prior intimation.
