AM06339SU-N Monoclonal Antibody to beta chain - Ascites

Alternate names: FGB, FIBB Quantity: 0.1 ml Background: Fibrinogen beta chain, also known as FGB, is a found in humans and most other vertebrates with a similar system of blood .It is the beta component of fibrinogen, a blood-borne glycoprotein comprised of three pairs of nonidentical polypeptide chains. Following vascular injury, fibrinogen is cleaved by thrombin to form fibrin which is the most abundant component of blood clots. In addition, various cleavage products of fibrinogen and fibrin regulate cell adhesion and spreading, display vasoconstrictor and chemotactic activities, and are mitogens for several cell types. Mutations in this gene lead to several disorders, including afibrinogenemia, , hypodysfibrinogenemia and thrombotic tendency. Uniprot ID: P02675 NCBI: NP_001171670.1 GeneID: 2244 Host / Isotype: Mouse / IgG1 Clone: 1F9 Immunogen: Purified recombinant fragment of human FGB (aa30-300) expressed in E. Coli. Format: State: Ascitic fluid containing 0.03% sodium azide. Applications: ELISA: 1/10000. Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. Molecular Weight: 52 kDa Specificity: Recognizes Fibrinogen beta chain (FGB). Species Reactivity: Tested: Human.
