CASSIOLI work in the field of intralogistics providing solutions for handling and industrial automation. The wide range of its production and expertise gained over many years working as a System Integrator solutions allow CASSIOLI to find scope in almost every industry in which it is necessary handling or automatic handling of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products. The logistics distribution and manufacturing contexts are most affected by the company's applications.
HISTORY
CASSIOLI was founded in 1943 as a small workshop of a blacksmith. Today, a leader in the handling and factory automation applications with ingenious mechatronics and computer science. The attitude to innovation, constantly looking for simple and functional solutions is the true tradition CASSIOLI: in such a dynamic sector is critical to search for the ideal solution with technology mechanical and electronic avant-garde. In this sense, great importance is given to the Department of Research and Development: it is here that the engineers of mechatronics and computer science develop new patented solutions worthy of the attention of most demanding customers or university centers of research.

internal transport, assembly, composition of customer orders and shipping related. As a System Integrator, CASSIOLI is able to produce complete systems of electronic control systems responsible for the management of the different segments, with competitive cost and quality recognized. In an area of over 60,000 square meters, the company manufactures automated warehouses, dedicated systems for handling, forklift laser guidance or inductive, assembly lines and subjugation , test systems , picking systems and grippers for robots anthropomorphic. And also dedicated systems handling with roller conveyors, chain, roller shutters, belts, carpet according to the needs of the product to be transported. The service, of course, complete with all the "intelligence " needed to manage the devices, with special automation software can monitor all activities, from the control of assembly lines and testing until the complete warehouse management automated (WMS, WCS, MES ).
SALES NETWORK
Today CASSIOLI is present with its own plants in different parts of the world, a reality to which they address many major corporations interested in improving the efficiency of their production and distribution systems. To be truly competitive in the foreign market, it was necessary to implement strategies for customer focus to all those procedures related to the needs of pre-and post -sales service and then activate them on the spot. The growth of CASSIOLI therefore provided for the opening and also investing in foreign markets. The internationalization of the company is the result of a process initiated by the 80s the idea of creating a company that would be able to offer advice, services and solutions to 360 degrees in the field of handling and factory automation. Over the past 15 years CASSIOLI was able to secure in the world their own solutions and after-sales service through the creation of new realities (CASSIOLI BRASIL, CASSIOLI POLSKA, CASSIOLI U.S. and CASSIOLI AIRPORT DIVISION) with its own identity industrial autonomous from the point of view of potential design, production and trade.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
The only Italian office has to employ a total of 149 people (March 2014), 40% of which is employed in technical services in mechanical and electrical design, software development and study of the method and research. CASSIOLI has always considered its human capital and the real strong point of differentiation, the only factor not replicable. CERTIFICATION
Lead and run a successful organization requires a systemic management, transparent and shared. To this end, the implementation of the Quality Management System in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 ed. 2008, represents a strategic choice of CASSIOLI to ensure compliance with the requirements of the product and to lead the organization towards the continuous improvement of performance. CASSIOLI also considered a priority objective of customer satisfaction which is directed towards the continuous and constant attention to ensure that the expectations and increase their satisfaction. With this in mind, the organization has set up a system of monitoring the quality of products and service received by the customer in relation to the organization's ability to meet customer expectations.
The protection of the environment, compliance with the relevant provisions of environmental law in a way, reducing the pollution generated and the improvement of environmental performance elements are the cornerstones of the company's business strategy CASSIOLI (UNI EN ISO 14001 .2004). The management do his best to improve their performance and prevent or reduce environmental impacts associated with its production activity and constant monitoring of the processes and activities in any way connected with the environment.
For this purpose it is planned and implemented a continuous engagement activities, training and retraining of personnel at all levels, and in particular that engaged in activities related to the environment and prevention of pollution .
