E-9b: WAC Revisions – Tree, Plant and Fungi Cutting and Removal Criteria (WAC 352-28) This item requests the Commission approve proposed changes to Chapter 352-28 WAC – Tree, Plant and Fungi Cutting, Removal and/or Disposal – to define and establish limits and procedures for the utilization and management of agency natural resources, including trees, non-tree vegetation, and fungi, and to establish administrative rules for the collection of fauna from State Parks through the research permit process.
