This guide is designed for current and prospective international students. It offers useful information about studying at HEAR, settling in France and living in both Mulhouse and Strasbourg cities. La Haute école des arts du Rhin est un établissement public de coopération culturelle, sous tutelle pédagogique du ministère de la Culture et de la Communication. Ses membres fondateurs et ses principaux contributeurs sont : l’État – ministère de la Culture, la ville et l’Eurométropole de Strasbourg, la ville de Mulhouse.
