The gravel-hauling truck was turning onto 101 from Ingersoll Avenue around 8 a.m. when the trailer came off, blocking the two right lanes of traffic, according to police officers directing traffic at the scene.The Oregon Department of Transportation brought in equipment to remove the trailer.
