GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This is an opportunity to purchase three interconnected parcels of versatile agricultural land situated in an L- shape and amounting to 23.62 acres. The individual parcels total 9.11 acres, 4.66 acres and 9.85 acres, with the access track feeding into the latter. The land has been farmed in the past and is currently laid to permanent pasture which is in need of renewal.
