6 Sales Overview Hotel 7 Although Parr Street Studios is still a thriving recording studio it has since expanded to include a boutique 12-bedroom hotel (the bedrooms are large and include twins, doubles and one triple). All 12 bedrooms are funky, warm & modern. Each room has plates, bowls, cups, cutlery and a paid mini-bar. To keep rates low we do not offer offer breakfast but are more than happy to organise a breakfast tray.
The hotel has been designed by co-owner Gary Millar and is described by the press as 4 star. First impressions are "WOW" and the beds, NASA inspired memory mattresses and funky showers have been a unanimous and resounding success!
