Regarding Bids for the Weight Training Equipment - Multi-Purpose Arena – Lucas County (ITB 09-029P), bid opening is scheduled for May 14, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. (local time).
This document becomes a fully incorporated part of the specifications, and this letter constitutes legal notice of this requirement.

1. Who will be using the equipment on a daily basis, employees, athletes, etc?
RESPONSE: Members and staff of the Toledo Walleye (hockey) and Toledo Bullfrogs (football.)
2. The Trotter Lat Pull Machine you have item specified as the Lifefitness CLSX and that is Lifefitness's elliptical trainer product number, the Stairclimber item is specified as #95S, are you requesting the 95Si or the 95Se because they carry 2 models for the stairclimber.
RESPONSE: Base Bid shall be the Stairclimber # 95Si. Alternate pricing is sought for the 95Se.
3. Are you looking at having television on all cardio pieces?
RESPONSE: No, television units on each piece of cardio equipment will not be necessary.
