Traditional English Style Fish and Chips(Please Read Before Ordering!) Traditional English Style Fish & Chips are cooked to order using Fresh cut and battered Fish whenever possible. The chips are made from fresh cut potatoes and stored in water until they are deep fried using beef tallow. NOT SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS! ENGLISH CHIPS ARE NOT FRENCH FRIES!!! They are generally limp and not crispy like french fries. After a short period of time they go soggy. This is why BRITS LOVE THEM! They may not be EVERYONES CUP OF TEA, as seen in many negative reviews. THAT'S WHY WE OFFER FRENCH FRIES AS AN ALTERNATIVE.(Please let your server know when ordering)
