MEETING LOCATION: Marin County Civic Center Board of Supervisors Chambers 3501 Civic Center Drive, Room 330 San Rafael, CA 94903 RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. Approve recommendations to appoint three Countywide Priority Setting Committee (PSC) members representing protected classes for: Fairfax, Ross, San Anselmo, and adjacent unincorporated communities; Belvedere, Mill Valley, Sausalito, Tiburon and adjacent unincorporated communities, including Marin City and Tam Valley; and a Countywide, at large member. 2. Consider and Recommend the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing to the Marin County Board of Supervisors. 3. Review and approve the 2020-24 Consolidated Plan priorities and 2020- 21 public service priorities. 4. Review and discuss federal grant program enhancements. 5. Review and approve the 2020-21 funding cycle timeline. DISCUSSION: Appoint New PSC Members At the October 17, 2019 meeting the PSC held interviews to appoint three Countywide Priority Setting Committee (PSC) members representing protected classes for: Fairfax, Ross, San Anselmo, and adjacent unincorporated communities; PG. 2 OF 6 Belvedere, Mill Valley, Sausalito, Tiburon and adjacent unincorporated communities, including Marin City and Tam Valley; and a Countywide, at large member. Due to lack of quorum, the PSC was unable to approve appointments and instead developed recommendations for the larger committee to vote on at the December 5, 2019 meeting. -

Day Off Camps 8 In addition to all the summer events, be sure to check out the classes Dance 9 and other programs listed in the Magazine. Music 10 This summer will also be the beginning of a busy year of park Sports 10 renovations. In spring or early summer, the tennis courts at MLK Park are slated to be renovated with a new surface, accessible pathways Adult Programs and entrances, and an accessible parking space. Since becoming Executive Director in September 2012, I have relished the opportunity to continue the work of this beloved organization that has been planting kids in nature since 1970. There have been many memorable moments for me in these two years. I am inspired by every child that comes to experience Slide Ranch, whether they are seeing the ocean for the first time or playing in the Fennel Forest for the tenth time. Additional highlights included witnessing my first goat kid birth alongside 7th graders from Martin Luther King Jr Academy of Marin City, hosting a film crew for Disney’s Pass the Plate TV series, and bringing Slide Ranch into the digital age with our new website, online registration and e-news. -

Sausalito Historic Context Statement
Sausalito Citywide Historic Context Statement I. Introduction A. Summary Statement In 2012, the California Office of Historic Preservation (OHP) awarded the City of Sausalito (City) a CLG grant to fund the preparation of a historic context statement (herein referred to as the Sausalito Citywide Historic Context Statement or “study”) as a preliminary step in identifying and evaluating Sau- salito’s historical resources. Though Sausalito has a longstanding historic preservation program dating back to the 1970s, most of the city has never been comprehensively surveyed. Furthermore, much of the prior survey work is almost half a century old and therefore in need of updating in accordance with contemporary preservation methodology. Recognizing its responsibilities as a Certified Local Govern- ment, or CLG, the City embarked on a multi-year campaign to update its Historic Preservation Program in 2010. Chief amongst its accomplishments include the publication of the Sausalito Historic Design Guidelines brochure in 2011, the completion of the Marinship Historic Context Statement and Cultural Resource Survey in 2011, and the adoption of the Sausalito Community Design, Historic and Cultural Preservation Element – an element of the Sausalito General Plan – in 2020. The completion of a historic context statement for Sausalito is the logical next step in realizing the city’s historic preservation goals. Designed specifically for Sausalito, a city that has never been comprehen- sively surveyed, the Sausalito Citywide Historic Context Statement will assist city staff and commission- ers, citizens, and other stakeholders gain a better understanding of the historical themes and patterns that have shaped the city over time. It will also provide insight into Sausalito’s unique inventory of prop- erty types, as well as laying out the integrity thresholds and registration requirements that these proper- ties must meet in order to qualify for local, state, and national registers. -
