Join Our Team! is looking for its next FLAOR writer, but we’re not looking for just any 36 article-pushing, press release-reading, food-eating, wine-drinking someone. We’re looking for that certain someone who can see the nuances that make a chef, farmer, or winemaker special—a writer who can tease the most out of an interview, a bite of food, or a sip of liquid. Someone who not only knows food, but cares about the people making it and where they came from. FLAOR is about more than food and drink. It’s about understanding the work that goes into producing and participating in the chain that leads to your table and into your mouth—and being able to put that on paper in a way that’s meaningful to our readers.
