The District has 37 Advisory Neighborhood Commissions which are elected bodies serving two-year (volunteer) terms and constitute the citizens’ critical advisory link ANC2E Commissioners (from left):Thomas Birch, Bill Starrels, Ron Lewis, Ed Solomon, outgoing Peter Prindiville, and Jeff Jones.
