1. When does the Giveaway start and end? › It’s Great To Be 8 (ASEAN Basketball League) Giveaway runs from Monday, 12 February 2018 through Sunday, 4 March 2018.
2. Who is eligible for the Giveaway? › The Giveaway is open to all Singaporeans and Permanent Residents with children aged 8 years old as of 31 December 2018 (born in 2010).
3. How can I register for the Giveaway? › Step 1: Select the event and click on “Register Now” › Step 2: Create an account and enter the details required › Step 3: Receive a booking notification *Please note that this is not a confirmation. All successful registrants will receive a confirmation email within 3 working days of the closing of registration. 4. How many times can I register for the Giveaway? › Multiple registrations for the Giveaway may be submitted but each registrant can only register for a pair of free tickets per event date.

6. What will result in the cancellation of my registration? › Incomplete entries (Eg. Incomplete Identification number) › Inaccurate entries (Eg. Incorrect Identification number) › Registrations with kids below/above the age of 8 years old (Born before or after 2010)
7. How do I know if I have successfully registered for the Giveaway? › You will receive an email once you’ve registered for the Giveaway. However, please note that this is not a confirmation. All successful registrants will receive a confirmation email within 3 working days of the closing of registration with more details on the collection of the tickets.
8. Can I exchange the tickets for cash or transfer it to someone else? › No, tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other value.
9. Can I get a replacement if I’ve misplaced/damaged my ticket? › No, tickets are non-replaceable.
10. How do I collect the tickets? › Please refer to the collection details in the confirmation email that will be sent to you if you are one of the successful registrants.

*Tickets must be collected by 11 March 2018, or 2 hours before the start of the event, whichever earlier. 11. Where can I collect the tickets? › All successful registrants can collect the tickets at Sports Hub Visitor Centre (6 Stadium Drive, Singapore 397698). The operating hours are: o Monday - Friday: 10am to 8pm o Saturday & Sunday: 10am to 9pm o Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays: 10am to 9pm
12. What do I have to produce in order to collect my tickets? › Please produce a copy of the confirmation email, your NRIC and your child’s birth certificate.
13. If I am unable to collect personally, can I authorise someone else to collect on my behalf? Yes. If you are unable to collect the tickets, you may authorise someone else to collect the tickets on your behalf. The authorised person must present the following: 1) Letter of Authorization 2) NRIC 3) A copy of your NRIC 4) Original Birth Certificate of your child
If the authorised person fails to produce all of the above documents, he/she will not be allowed to collect the tickets.
