ACC/0945/001 Copy of Court Roll. Manor of alias 1 May 1699 Sudbury 1st May 1699. At the last court the homage presented the surrender on 7th June last past [1698] by Henry Dearing of Cottage in Street between the house occupied by Mary Browne, widow, on the east and the house occupied by Israel Ladymore on the west, in occupation of George Munck, with appurtenances. And also ½ sellion of arable land in Birch (?) Eaton Crosse in the common field of Pinner called Downefield between the land of Ralph Page on the west and of Henry Dearing on the east and abutting on the land of Henry Dearing on the north, with appurtenances, to the use Mary Bodymaid, wife of William Bodymaid, of Wealde and her heirs and assigns for ever, provided that it should be lawful for the said Henry to revoke the surrender within one year; And the homage present that the said Henry died without revoking the said surrender And the said Mary sought admittance to the premises and is admitted and her heirs and assigns for ever - to hold at the will of the lord. ACC/0945/015 Manor of Harrow otherwise Sudbury, memo of 1 Jul 1768 Surrender Certified "Duplicate" Memo of Surrender out of Court by Mary Waller of Sparrows Hern in parish of Bushey, Herts, spinster of close of meadow or pasture land formerly arable, called Willsmore Close (4 acres) lying near Kenton Lane on North and one four land piece in Harrow Lane on the east part, and also one two land piece in Common Field called Bingers (on her intended marriage to John Bodimeade of Weald Common, brickmaker) to her use for life and after her decease to the use of John Bodimeade and on his decease to the use of the heirs of the said Mary.

ACC/0945/016 Cash Account book [of William Boddimeade] 1768 - 1769 25th August 1768 - 27th May 1769. This deals with receipts and disbursements of the Brick and lime business, the farm and sundry personal expenses as "Wife for Housekeeping £1.1.0" "Mother for Housekeeping £1.10.0". Paper covered book 6½" x 7¾". Loose inside: Pencil drawing of man with stick standing under a tree, stated by owner to be a picture of "Daniel Dancer the Miser by a Miss Bodimeade!!"

Contents of (1) Parlour, (2) Chamber over parlour, (3) Chamber over kitchen, (4) Chamber over washhouse, (5) little Back Chamber over Dairy, (6) the Dairy, (7) Washhouse and (8) Kitchen. Contents listed includs:- In (1) 6" beach matted chairs, a spinning wheel, one mahogany oval table, mahogany pillow and claw table and tea chest etc., a "Beauefeet or Cupboard with Shelves and Backe to it". [Beaufet - a cupboard or niche with a canopy at the end of the hall. Halliwell.] In (2) four post corded bed with blue curtains, oak chest etc., 30 hour clock and brass tender box.
