1. When will the resort be operational?

The resort reopened its doors last November 14, 2020.

2. Who can go to Aquaria Water Park and Crusoe Cabins?

Following the guidelines of ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2020-006-C: Permitted guests are individuals of all ages, except those with comorbidities or are currently pregnant. Guests must come from or NCR regions provided that they follow “point to point” travel between the two regions.

3. Will I be stopped along the way to the resort?

There might be checkpoints along the way. They will usually ask where your destination is and where you reside in. They will ask for the following:

i. A copy of your confirmation letter to prove that you have an advance booking ii. Medical Health Certificate for each individual issued by a government physician stating that at the time of request, you are not showing any symptoms and not on the list of probable, suspect and confirmed Covid-19 case or Negative RT-PCR or Negative Rapid Antigen Test results dated from the time of release not earlier than a day before your arrival/check-in. iii. Valid / government-issued IDs

Please bring two (2) hardcopies of the documents as one set will be handed over to the Officer-in-charge at the checkpoint.

4. How do I get to ?

You may take Star Tollway, exit City take , Lemery, Calaca and Balayan roads to reach Calatagan. Another route is through , Balayan (or Lian) then Calatagan.

5. What is the safety protocol of the resort?

For our safety protocols, please follow our social media accounts.

6. How many persons are allowed inside the cabin and cabana?

A maximum of three (3) persons are allowed in each cabin.

For our open-air and day use only cabanas, the capacity of the cabanas will be reduced to 50% of their original capacity: Beachfront Cabana - 5 persons Medium Pool Cabana - 5 persons Large Pool Cabana – 8 persons Round Cabana – 6 persons Boardwalk Cabana – 6 persons

In addition to the capacity per cabana, we will keep a vacant one in between every occupied cabana.

7. Will the resort provide in-room services?

As part of our Safety Protocols, we do not offer in-room services yet. We do offer food delivery but team members will not enter the rooms for both your and their protection. Make up room service will be upon request and turndown service will be suspended for this time.

8. What is the operating hours of Aquaria Waterpark?

Aquaria Waterpark pools are open from 8AM to 6PM.

9. What is the check-in and checkout time of Crusoe Cabins during GCQ?

Check out time is strictly at 12NN while check in is at 3PM. This will allow for time to air out and disinfect the cabins.

10. Are the corkage fees for food and non-alcoholic drinks waived?

Bringing in of outside food except for chips and light snacks is not allowed. Corkage fees will be applied for any drinks brought in from outside the resort.

11. Do you allow walk-in guests?

Walk-in guests are not allowed as we are required to submit a list of arrivals a day before to the local government so they can allow entry of the individuals into the area. In addition, you might be asked by checkpoints along the way to show a confirmation letter or booking voucher. To avoid the inconvenience of having to turn back, we highly encourage you to book in advance and prepare the other requirements required by the municipality of Calatagan.

12. What are the opening hours of the restaurants?

The Sands: 6AM to 6PM Rib Shack: 10AM to 10PM Taza Mia: 10AM to 6PM

13. What are the activities inside the resort? Are watersports possible?

Watersports are not yet available at this time.

14. What are the payment options?

You can pay through bank transfers, just send us a copy of the deposit or transaction slip via email. For bookings made on our website, credit cards are accepted. You can also purchase vouchers on our website that you can give as a gift to others. Cash is accepted for additional charges while in the resort.

15. What is your cancellation policy?

In case of unavoidable circumstances, you may rebook your stay with us. However, for bookings where the terms and conditions state no cancellations/modification, these may not be rebooked. Please contact us so we can assist you.
