It’s in the Bag Want to give a meaningful gift this Christmas? Well, It’s In the Bag. You have the power to make life better for a woman or girl experiencing homelessness or poverty this Christmas. Provide pads and tampons, personal hygiene products and everyday luxuries to homeless women, women at risk or women experiencing domestic violence.

It’s simple. First of all, choose a handbag in excellent used (or new) condition that you no longer use. Then, fill it with items that would make a woman or girl feel special, pop in a thoughtful note or Christmas card and show her someone cares. Show her that she matters because everyone deserves to feel that way.

Next time you’re at the shops, collect a few items for your Christmas handbag, using the list provided as your guide. No matter how you celebrate Christmas with your family, this will be the most meaningful and appreciated gift you give this year.

What’s more, your donation can be made on behalf of a friend or family member (the one who already has EVERYTHING and is impossible to buy for), and double as their Christmas gift! By bringing your bag to our school’s It’s In The Bag collection point, you will receive a Christmas/Thank You card to prove you have made a donation on their behalf. Naomi Leviton Teacher

Archery, mud world, canoeing and high ropes were Year 9 Camp all activities we’d done before but were still presented challenges and memorable experiences. Zorb balls on the water and teamwork challenges were less common activities which were extremely fun - with the teamwork challenge testing fear of heights and reliance on one another, and zorb balls being an activity which resembled something you’d do at an amusement park. On the far end of unconventional activities, go karting and waterslides were activities that were in true amusement park style - both thrilling and even drawing in people who might have initially decided to not do it.
