SECTION –I NOTICE INVITING e-TENDER

Tenders are invited by Managing Director through e-Procurement (e-Tender), on behalf of the Kannur International Airport Ltd, from eligible contractors for the following work.

1. Name of Work Construction of Airport Police Station including Internal and External Electrical installations, Plumbing, CCTV, Internal and External finishing and allied works for Kannur International Airport Limited (KIAL).

Eligibility Criteria

1. The bidders shall be qualified only if they have commenced and completed similar works during last Seven (7) years ending 31.03.2019 as given below:

(i) The Bidder shall have commenced and completed one similar work (as defined below) of value not less than Rs.1.08 Crore in a single contract as Prime Contractor during the last seven years prior to 31.03.2019. (Phase/part completion of work in contract shall not be considered) Or The Bidder shall have commenced and completed two similar works (as defined below) of value not less than Rs. 68 Lakhs in each contract as Prime Contractor during the last seven years prior to 31.03.2019. (Phase/part completion of work in contract shall not be considered) Or The Bidder shall have commenced and completed three similar works (as defined below) of value not less than Rs.54 Lakhs in each contract as Prime Contractor during the last seven years prior to 31.03.2019. (Phase/part completion of work in contract shall not be considered)

Similar works means: The bidder shall have experience in construction of RCC framed multistoried buildings

and execution of interior finishing, electrification, Note:plumbingFirm work showing etc. work experience certificate from non-Govt/non-PSU should submit tax deduction at source certificate in support of their claim for having experience of stipulated work value.

(The bidder shall also submit the details of work executed by the associates in the prescribed forms attached as Schedule C1 with this bid for the works to be considered for prequalification of work experience/prequalification.)

(ii) The Bidder should also have a valid ‘A’ grade electrical contractor’s license issued by KSEBL or should associate a person/firm with the above license for executing the electrical part.

Audited Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet have to be submitted for the last three financial year.

3. The Bidder should have GST Registration and also produce a copy of PAN Card etc.

4. Defects Liability Period

Defects Liability Period will be 12 months from the date of completion of work.
