We are so honored that you have decided to engage in our mission by reading this Annual Report! 2019 was an exciting year of expected TOTAL YOUTH SERVED : 1054 ETHNICITY transitions, new successes, and igniting the potential of the thousands of volunteers and kids in our programs! Youth Served 1:1 Mentoring: 1024 First and foremost, aside from the return of our agency CEO, Jeff Chin, the agency enjoyed some exciting new developments that Site Based: enhanced our ability to serve children in need of positive, reliable 645 mentors. We reorganized our program service delivery to include more regionally based staff teams and structure, and implemented Site-Based Plus: for the first timeRegional Program Directors. This model not only 179 augmented our ability to structure our programs between our two offices, but also launched professional development opportunities for Community: staff members and new roles within the teams. The result was a promotion for seven key staff members, and 200 the addition of some wonderfully talented new staff members to our array of mentoring programs. One notable addition to our portfolio of programs included the inauguration of our new Mazie Mentoring 58% Female Asian Black Hispanic Multi Race Other White Program site at Marlborough High School.
