The inaugural Food Matters Live brought together over 7000 professionals from across food, health and nutrition at London’s ExCeL.

The Food Matters Live exhibition included over 200 organisations at the forefront of driving nutritional improvements in food and drink, including Warburtons, , PepsiCo, Tesco Food Academy, Nim’s Fruit Crisps, Ugg Foods Limited, Kellogg Group, GNT International, Ingredion, Wholebake 9bar, NouriSH me now Ltd and Nestlé.

Exhibitors presented the latest nutritional science and innovation behind their new, healthier food concepts and product reformulations to a diverse audience of over 7200 retail buyers, food and drink manufacturers and influential professionals working in health, nutrition and foodservice.

Over 80 CPD accredited seminars featuring 300 experts from food, health, government and academia provided an unrivalled learning opportunity.

20 live debates in the Food Matters Live Conference, delivered by world-leading experts in nutrition, government ministers, writers and broadcasters addressed the complex relationship between food, nutrition and health.

Lively and interactive attractions on the exhibition floor drew large crowds as they brought to life the key themes of the event through tastings, talks and demonstrations.
